After 100 Days, What Do We Know? A Lot — And None of It's Good

Here is the second installment of the “Weekly Roar” by reader LoudLion. (With some two shekels from me. Hey, it’s my blog—my prerogative!)

One hundred days; that is where we all stand in the toppling of the United States government as we know it. The days of Representative Democracy are quickly coming to an end.

The man on the street enamored with himself for proving he is not racist for voting a black man in as president will help set the course of race relations in the country back to the days of pre-Martin Luther King, Jr. When the citizens of the United States wake up and realize that President Obama has ruined this country, no black man will be able to get elected to a higher office running as a Democrat. [I whole-heartedly agree with this. The country was so attracted to the idea of having a black president, they nominated and elected the first one out of the gate. Unfortunately, the first black presidential candidate was a radical left-wing ideologue. “But who cares, he’s black, and that’s all that counts!” Now that’s racist. - ETR]

What have we learned these 100 days? What more do we know about our president then we did during the primaries? What his goal? Where does he see my country when he leaves office? I can not answer these questions anymore then the mainstream media and the man/woman on the street, because we do not know.

We do know that he needs a script for even the introduction of his cabinet members. We do know that his Chief of Staff is eager to “...never want[ing] a serious

What I seriously want to know is, after Obama’s first 100 days along with a dominating leftist Congressional majority in both Houses, what do WE DO (as conservatives)?

I don’t think that left-leaning Americans will learn any lessons from the failures of this presidency. They couldn’t even learn lessons from Carter and Clinton. More and more children will grow up to be dufuses and history will simply repeat itself again.

In one way, this could be a good thing. Let's say Maobama gets a veto-proof Senate which looks likely. Then all the nation-wrecking socialist laws that are passed will be tied to the Democrats. Sure, the country may come close to self-destructing but at least in 2010,the GOP will have an excellent chance of regaining control of Congress and in 2012, the Presidency.

But, not if leftists seriously decide to end having any more elections in the future!
