Here are some pictures from the Salt Lake City tea party, at the Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building downtown. It's hard to get a scope of just how many people were there from the pictures, but I would guess there was somewhere between 1000-2000. I imagine all the snow and rain kept even more people from coming.
Congressmen Jason Chaffetz, Congressmen Rob Bishop, and Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff all spoke, as well as some activists and citizens.
There was a huge range of people there, from the old, to the stroller bound. From white, to Asian, to African American. This wasn't about conservative, liberal, republican or democrat. It was about being an American. It was an awesome experience.
