Do you like Ron Paul or oppose abortion? You may be a member of a militia, according to a new report by a government information collection agency

I hope they got my name spelled right!
I guess I am a militia member on several counts. Oh well.
Mine, too.
We really need a color-coded system like terror-alerts for Obama Administration Stupidity. This would be a “red alert.”
Time to change my ID’s again
Hey Hussein Obama, you Stalinist thug! Add my name to your enemies list!
I’ve been told that Morris Dees had me on some kind of list years ago, big deal! I’m not racist, not a terrorist, just trying to keep a free nation for my kids and grandkids. If I can get listed for that, put me on some more damned lists!
“”These reports sometimes mention groups or individuals who are not the subject of the document, but may be relevant to describing tendencies or trends concerning the subject of the document,” MIAC said in a statement.”
IIRC Democrats were outraged by what they called “Profiling” a number of years ago. Isn’t this “profiling”?
I must be in the Militia and I did not even know it. Can I send them a bill for my services?
If we are to believe the mainstream news reports, we must assume that there are a large class of people that are homeless during Republican administrations, and immediately switch to being militia members during Democratic administrations.
After all, there is no reporting on homeless people during Democratic adminstrations, and no reporting on militias during Republican administrations.
We don’t really need militias very much during republican administrations!
yup... count me among the militia.
when protesting radical, unconstitutional taxation puts me on a list... so be it.
and if by some quirk of fate i was left off the list... don’t forget i’m also one of those crazy fringe radicals that wants to see a vault copy of the usurpers birth certificate. all i have right now is his paternal grandmother saying she was at his birth in kenya... nothing else. that is witness testimony and stands until refuted with documentation.
and yes... the more they ‘dismiss’ cases without hearing them, the higher in the militia ranks i climb
hey, where are the local fusion centers? :)
Molon Labe!
Oy. That means there are at least 4 million militia members in the NRA!
After all, there is no reporting on homeless people during Democratic adminstrations, and no reporting on militias during Republican administrations."
Very astute observation...
Gotta love the SRM...
I’m wondering where the constant polls have been. They’ve vanished.
Right direction/wrong direction
Are you better off than you were one year ago?
I guess there are a lot out thier. Gun shop racks are empty, back orders if you are lucky are months and months away, and the only stock doing well is gun manufacturers. I guess you are in a militia if you:
1 love your country
2 proud to be an American
3 respect and live by the constitution
4 wave your flag high
5 love your family
6 work hard to make a living
7 not happy with your representatives that were voted in to protect you and your rights as an American
What, no Keyes people on the list? :)
I told you all that BO was a totalitarian at heart. He has jus proven the point beyond the shadow of a doubt.
Hey obami the commie FUBO
add me too

“Missouri retracts police memo which labeled activists as ‘militia’”
Stephen C. Webster
Published: Thursday March 26, 2009
SNIPPET: “The Missouri Department of Public Safety has retracted a controversial profiling memo which linked libertarian activists, Christians, constitutionalists, supporters of Congressman Ron Paul and other traditionally conservative groups to underground militias.
It also specifically cautioned police to be on the lookout for bumper stickers advertising third party candidates, or people with copies of the United States Constitution.
“[Lt. Gov. Peter] Kinder called on Nixon to place Department of Public Safety Director John Britt on administrative leave pending an investigation of how the report came about,” reported the Springfield News-Leader. “[Gov. Jay] Nixon’s office did not comment on Kinder’s demand, but said it backed Keathley’s plans to reform the process of releasing [Missouri Information Analysis Center] intelligence reports.
“In a lengthy statement, Keathley expressed remorse for the lack of oversight in the creation and distribution of the report, but he did not apologize for its contents. Keathley said his office ‘would undertake a review of the origin of the report by MIAC.’”
The News-Leader published a copy of the memo (PDF link).”
