This guy is one of a kind in the rap world, with pro-Christian, pro-America, pro-liberty rhymes.

(You are the Republican Party. See you at the precinct meeting.)
To: nysuperdoodle
No thanks. Rap culture is debased to its core. Can't be redeemed.

I know Zo pretty well... he isn’t rapping. He’s commenting rapid-fire with no music
To: nysuperdoodle
I can’t help but smile when I see this
this is very good
unfortunately the hip hop crowd will have a hard time accepting him since its all about the gangs and the drug dealing and “cliqs”
and the only other way to be a successful rapper is to be a party rapper or be able to brag about your manhood
but I wish him the best...good luck Hi-caliber
i’m from jersey and in my early 20’s so this resonates with me and we need more conservative people up here in the northeast

Not so. Look at the movie Krush Groove and see how it started. A lot of it has been taken over by inexpressibly crude expositions of mammon. But there are some artists who kept going in the creative direction and have produced some truly great music with a love of rhythm, insightful lyrics, and non-metronomically dull music. TobyMac (formerly of DCTalk, their last two albums Jesus Freak and Supernatural are two of the best produced projects I've ever heard) shows what rap/hip hop/urban music as a whole could have been. The fact that so much of the rest is pestilence now doesn't diminish what he's accomplished.
Portable Sounds, Momentum, Welcome to Diverse City (and their remixes) are all great.

Good on them. For those who said it’s not for you, well, maybe it isn’t meant for you. Some folks will listen to a message like this. I say use every tool possible to win people. Get on their turf, use a genre that reaches a particular group.
My teen son and I have been listen to Christian rap for a few years now. What is “immoral” about it? The words? So if the words are about Christ is it still moral? If it’s the beat or the instruments used, realize at one point organs were considered of the devil because they were associated with saloons.
So if its not your cup of tea, no problem, but that doesn’t mean it’s inherently wrong.
Just sayin...
