Yikes! What is the implication? He doesn't like being called Vice President or that he doesn't like being Vice President?
Maybe he feels just like I do; I said the exact same thing when Obama announced Biden as his running mate last summer!
My man Jake Tapper reports:
At an event at Union Station today where Vice President Joe Biden was heralding the $1.3 billion in investments in rebuilding train stations and passenger rails, a microphone picked up one of the former senator's myriad Senate colleagues addressing him, formally, as "Mr. Vice President."
That met with Vice President Biden's standard reply.
"Gimme a f*&$#ing break," he said, apparently unaware that the microphone was on.
Oh Joe!!!!
Well IQ Joe you appear to occupy that position.
Give me an Ef’ng break.
I prefer Uncle Joe.
As in the crazy uncle in the basement ...
Wonder if this will get the MSM coverage that Cheney got when he told Leaky Leahy to “F-— off.” Or when Bush called reporter Clymer an a-hole.
They put a thick piece of duct tape over his mouth every morning before he goes out!
Well he is Obama’s insurance that he won’t be killed because NO ONE wants Crazy Uncle Joe or Crazy Nancy P as president. or Byrd. Keeps the president SAFE from many attacks! That is prolly why he chose him. LOL
Well, I don’t care if he knew or didn’t know about a live mike. It’s just simply undignified for him to talk like that in public.
He said it because being called Mr. Vice President only reminded him of his actual irrelevance, and the pain became too much for him to handle.
I think you have finally figured out the mystery of Uncle Joe’s selection.
Totally agree. My beef isn’t with Biden. Everyone has a foul mouth (They just need to watch themselves when they’re constantly in the public eye.) It’s the media whose attention to this incident—or lack thereof—that will be more damning.
