Berg sends 2nd letter to Oprah, stressing that she is one that can have Obama withdraw his name to avoid damage to racial relations in the U.S. for years to come because when the truth comes out that Obama does “not” meet the “qualifications” for President as Obama is “not” “natural born” we are headed for a ‘Constitutional Crisis’ by having an ‘ineligible’ President
(Lafayette Hill, PA – 01/19/09) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States and his case, Berg vs. Obama, in the U.S. Supreme Court is still pending as well as two [2] other cases, announced today that he wrote a 2nd letter to Oprah requesting her to speak with Obama to withdraw his name before our country is in a Constitutional Crisis as Obama’s lack of ‘constitutional qualifications’ for President. 1st letter was dated November 7, 2008 and the 2nd today, January 19, 2009. [A copy of the two [2] letters are at the end of this Release]
Berg said, “I wrote to Oprah on November 7, 2008 hoping that she would peacefully resolve the issue of Obama’s lack of ‘qualifications’ and thereafter, Obama should withdraw his name before our country enters into a Constitutional Crisis.”

I absolutely hope the fight continues, but reality is that Obama voters just don’t care. In fact, I’d bet the vast, vast majority of Obama voters don’t know what a natural-born citizen is, don’t know that it’s a requirement, etc. etc.
I won’t turn on the TV for anything other than already-recorded shows for the next week or so. I accidentally exposed myself to about 20 seconds of one of the morning network shows this morning and thought I was gonna puke before I could get the channel changed. If and when Berg is proven correct will any legislation Obama has signed be void?
Yep. The president must sign things into law, generally. An illegitimate president cannot legitimately sign anything into law. The only other way is for the president to veto a bill, and then have Congress override the veto. If Obama is not legitimate, the veto is not legitimate either, so Congress could use that method to get something passed into law without a presidential signature.

Don’t believe everything you see in print. There has been no verification by a long form birth certificate that Obama was born in Hawai’i. All that has been proven is that his birth was REGISTERED in Hawai’i as the law used to allow for any child of Hawai’ian residents who had lived at least a year in Hawai’i and had children elsewhere.
Unless we see the long form birth certificate that lists the hospital and the doctor and place of birth (among other things like ‘length’ and ‘weight’ of newborn) no one knows exactly where Obama was born.

Since absolutely no one except 0bama or select relatives are allowed to actually see the birth certificate, how do your “GOP friends” know what’s on it? Hmm? And Lingle would sneak a peek in there illegally and all on her own spill the beans? Not bloodly likely. In fact, so unlikely as she wouldn’t and didn’t do it. The only way anyone will know what’s on that thang is through subpoena or court order.
