There have been dozens and dozens of cases relating to the legality of abortion that have been appealed to the Supreme Court since Roe v. Wade. I can easily think of a number which were actually heard by the whole court. You're 5 cases relating to Obama's eligibility, with zero being head by the court, have a long way to go. Heck, Berg's taken one or two of his 9/11 cases to the Supreme Court. Never had one of them taken up.
