Having lived in Baltimore County recently, for a year and a Half before escaping, they probably should shut down Baltimore permanently. It’s a unfriendly, Ugly (in parts), Over taxed, heavily congested “Blue” nightmare of a city.
If they Rented people Guns/Ammo when they visited Baltimore, it would be a much more Friendly place to visit.
Blue states are ALL in Trouble, From Maryland, Illinois, to California. Must be something in common ?

pardon me for asking the obvious, but which way were you hoping we would "freep" this pole ? I'm inclined to think shutting down govt for a couple of days is a good thing, but I'm not really sure which way even Freep would lean these days.

Witness, if you will, the anatomy of my birthplace. The 'yes' vote represents 'real' Maryland - those more rural peoples who reside west of Gaithersburg and east of the Bay. The 'no' vote represents the miserable, multi-culti, me-first Socialists that occupy a swath of land about twenty-five miles on either side of the I-95 corridor. Believe me or look at the electoral maps of 2008, 2004, 2000, 1996, and so on and so on. Interstate 95 is The Berlin Wall of 'The Free State'.

I was hoping to freep this poll in favor of the two day furlough. O’Malley brought a large tax increase to Marylanders in special session this year. Guess what, Marylanders cut back on spending. Go figure. A lot of those state workers looking down the barrell of the furloughs voted for O’Malley. I know this could inconvenience me but I believe the situation would have played out differently had Erhlich won the election. Let them get hit in the pocket book for electing this goof.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. Well I voted aye.
O’Malley is already unpopular. This will hurt him amongst his base. Ehrlich or Steele (or a primary challenger) could possibly beat him in 2010.

omg J, you are never going to believe this but, as I was signing on tonight I was thinking of you—remembering foggily that you were on the opposite side of my latest unsuspected friction (of which I most times TRY to avoid,) concerning pits. I've never gotten involved or even previously held a staunch opinion of any dogs for any reason. I never will get involved in doggy politics again. I know not enough. :-(
But anyway, I was thinking of you...as I was signing on...wondering how you've been. And there you were...wanting me to get on that freppin’ pole again. And I say to to you...GLADLY. I will get on that pole and FRep AWAY. ;-) J—hope you've been well.
You've made my day, J. Send my a “behave” sign. ;-)

The jury agrees with the not guilty verdict. However, the jury finds her guilty of being a raging libtard.
