Thousands of people are jumping aboard a petition that demands documentation of President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to hold the highest office in the U.S., not just assurances from party officials. Within only a few hours of its launch, more than 10,000 petitioners today had joined the effort coordinated by WND founder and editor Joseph Farah. A report accompany Farah's petition explains the many questions raised about Obama's eligibility, from an apparently fabricated "Certification of Live Birth" posted online to questions about what nation's passport he used during to travel to Pakistan.

The signature total was over 26,500 by late this evening.

As WND reported, one case is scheduled for a conference among U.S. Supreme Court justices Dec. 5. Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others filed a court petition in California asking the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office.

On Janet Porter's Faith2Action radio program today, computer specialist Ron Polarik left no doubt the image posted as Obama's "Certification of Live Birth" from the state of Hawaii was not genuine.

"Here's a smoking gun," he said. "Apparently Hawaii changes its borders [on documentation] every year. In 2007 it had a certain border, and it's got a 2007 border. However if you dig a little deeper you find it has a 2008 signature and seal," he said.

"Whomever did the forgery was not very clever," he said.

Well, I just let the cat...no, make that Sabre-tooth tiger, out of the bag and let everyone know what was that nuke in my final report that I said would blow away all my critics and all of the COLB believers.

Factcheck did me a HUGE favor by taking those photographs. Without them, I never would have seen that what they were claiming was a 2007 Seal and Signature stamp made on a real 2007 COLB, was actually a 2008 Seal and Signature stamp on a bogus 2007 COLB!!!

Another Presidential candidate that ran in many states called Roger Calero ran for President in 2008 and was placed on many state ballots? It is not the first time Calero ran for President. Calero was born in Nicaragua in 1969. He still to this day carries a green card.

What does this tell you about our system? We are all depending on our government to present us with eligible candidates and it looks like they are not. I think this proves it!

A detroit radio station called the Kenyan embassy after the election of Obama. After a lot of trouble they get through to the ambassador of Kenya.

The ambassador of Kenya says that obama was born in Kenya and that his birth place has become a national shrine.

The Arnold would have run for president long ago and likely won if he were a "natural born" american. He's not. He's naturalized. So he can't run. And he knows it. (though there were some trial balloons sent up a couple years back about changing the law.)

Like the Arnold, Obama looks to be a naturalized citizen--but maybe he's not even that.

In order for the Supremes to consider the Writ of Certiorari 4 of 9 justices must want the record sent up to be examined, and hopefully they will get all the evidence presented, that has been discussed on FR, if that happens.
If there is not sufficient evidence to prove this case, then I don’t expect a favorable verdict....Do you think Alan Keyes case is complete enough?

Maybe, but we could and should use this incident to drive home the point to the American public how corrupt and incompetent the Democrats are. Yeah, most Republicans, too.

I would love it for the Constitution Party to use this situation to make a real run at getting control of this mess and actually fixing it.

With the Donfrio case in conference and cases challanging Obama's legitimacy as a candidate sprouting up across the country....some that may very well make their way to the Supreme Court, I almost feel sorry for SCOTUS.

They certainly don't want a replay of the 2000 election but face the destructive dilemma again. 'Damned if they do; damned if they don't."

But here they must look seriously at the consequences if they take a cavalier approach to the cases and lack of cooperation from Obama by withholding of evidence that would decide the case, the precedence of doing nothing will certainly cause a constitutional crisis.

Then the dilemma becomes 'Damned if they do; We're damned if they don't.' The ultimate destructive dilemma.

Don't bet the ranch on Biden becoming anything. First of all, he was appointed, not elected. Secondly, the collusion of the DNC in the coverup and the failure to vet their candidate will be the end of that jackass party.

Way back when, Americans used to vote for the Pres. and Vice-Pres. separately, until they elected two bitter adversaries to both posts who nearly killed each other. So, the law was changed,

Secondly, this election WILL be decided by the Congress, IMHO. However, and here's the real a**kicker if you're a Dem: it will be one vote per state in both the House and the Senate. With more RED states than BLUE states, the pendulum will swing the other way.

Unknown to me or to Factcheck, Hawaii Vital records changed the size and design of the embossed Seal and used a slightly different Registrar stamp for 2008 COLBs (in addition to making the border different and the COLB certificate larger than the 2007 COLB ).

So, putting a 2008 Seal and signature stamp on a COLB dated, June 6, 2007, is an anachronism, a conundrum, an oxymoron, and a bunch of plain morons in the Obama campaign and Factcheck.
