I wonder what is next.
A Kos kid yelling “Heil Hitler!” and denying the Holocaust?
Having said that College professors are by and large insulated from the real world. This affords them the time to spin their fantasies. They have the intellectual honesty of David Duke.
They just don't bother to put on the hood.
“I wonder what is next. A Kos kid yelling Heil Hitler! and denying the Holocaust?”
Where have you been?
That is standard fare over there.
“These pampered Kos idiots would be the first and loudest to scream when they have to stand in line five hours to buy a roll of toilet paper.”
Not to mention the ‘national service’ the young Obama supporters are going to have to do. I’ve rather enjoyed the thought of my lefty nephews heading for Canada to avoid Obama’s draft. :-)
Here is some "Marxism" for you.
Not here. Not ever.
At-sa very nice picture!
We live in interesting times.
They think they will be given access to government specialty shops for the elite. No standing in line, but very high prices for what we now purchase at Sam’s. Of course, all the big box discounters will, by then, be shut down by mandatory unionization, rolling brownouts, lack of transport and shortages of all essential goods.
OTOH, I have been told by people who call themselves conservatives that all will be well, everyone will continue to need everything we all produce/offer as service and they are *still buying* land and stocks.
So don’t worry; be happy. /s
Obama’s scenario has been observed many times before. A charismatic leftist leader (Castro, Chavez, Peron, etal) grabs power, and the lower classes love him because he will “punish the wealthy”, and their lives will be fulfilled. Or so the promises go. I look at Obama and see the same enthusiatic well nigh orgiastic crowds who loved and supported Eva Peron. He will do no better with his Marxist plans than did Castro or the Perons.
