His people explained it away by saying his dad HAD to write that, to get him enrolled. Right...

Maybe because that's what his real birth certificate said - Indonesian citizenship and Muslim religion. Maybe they wouldn't let him fudge it.

John McPain would not approve of having this released!

He lost, so nobody cares what he thinks! Alan Keyes is the perfect man to lead this battle. He can't be accused of racism and he is a Conservative.

Uhhh Like Indonesia was a Police State at the time...IIRC Documents were checked and recheck on a regular basis.... Not like the freedoms we have in the USA....Where even college kids have fake IDs

Hmmm...Where did you get that? If it is authentic then did “Barely” 0 enter two universities as a foreign student and applying for foreign aid. Does that make it fraud? A Felony, assuming he is a citizen naturalized or by birth. Or, is he in fact an alien, but not a citizen naturalized or by birth? Again ineligible to assume POTUS.

Keyes is not a dreamer unlike the other plantiffs.

He's a Constitutional scholar.

I know that is a disgusting thought, but we need to capitalize on this as showing ALL of America how absolutely Corrupt the Democrats/Socialist are and how pitiful the mainstream media is for having ignored this.

The only journalist we should endorse and defend are ones that immediately start covering this story. It could build a huge career and fame and forture for any honest journalist to grab this case and expose it to the masses!

I agree -- but the thought of Hillary in power (hip) is not much better than the "hip" guy who won.

A person may hold dual citizenship in one country regardless of the rules in the other country. A person born in Mexico who is a naturalized citizen of the US must renounce his or her Mexican citizenship in the US.

I spent hours one day on INS web searches and came up with this jewel: The United States has never forced a dual citizen to renounce US citizenship.

Supreme court precedence holds that a person who renounces US citizenship voluntarily is no longer a US citizen, but having one's parent claim Indonesian citizenship does not fill the requirement for voluntary renunciation of US citizenship.

There is a lot of hopefulness in this stuff, but it is just stuff. Obama's school transcripts my show he was registered as a Kenyan, or an Indonesian, but that still does not mean that he was not also an American.

It pains me to say that some people, including Alan Keyes, should do their homework.

Dunno. One of those conditions exist as a fact. He committed fraud to obtain a student loan or he is in fact not a natural born citizen.

In any case, speaking of natural, wouldn’t the natural response be: “Here it is shut up”. Cuz even if he does that then we can be sure he received student aid based on fraud.

That is why he is not going to show anything. If he does then a condition exists that puts him in jeopardy.

I agree with you I was just curious. He is in jeopardy no matter what position he wishes to place himself in.

Can you tell me what guest ion 7 says? a,b?

There's two dates of 1991, and there's a 2 on line b. (It's too small to see. I even printed it and used a magnifying glass.)

Nope. Leo’s covered this last night. It is very clear and specific. The founders refused any foreign citizens at birth. Obama admits he was a British citizen on his web site at birth.

The founders specifically did not want English subjects unless it was anyone born before 1790 or something.

http://www.blogtext.org/naturalborncitizen/

Leo has the details on his web site.
