With 13 lawsuits so far, I'd have to assume it's a bit cowardly on Drudges part.

This would have had a police light with the ‘old” drudge.

You are right. He and the other "blue bloods" Republicans are probably terrified at the consequences. They don't care about protecting the Constitution. They are as unAmerican and unPatriotic as the Democrats. Not supporting and "fighting" for the U.S. Constitution is being un-Patriotic. Period.
