I am truly disturbed ... about the fears that are rampantly mounting, concerning the question of Mr. Obama being a natural born U.S. citizen, as required by the Constitution, to run for the office of the presidency of the United States. These fears are based on three elements:
* The failure of the RNC to execute a thorough vetting process, ensuring Mr. Obama is a Natural Born U.S Citizen.
* The failure of Mr. Obama to provide a legitimate Certificate of Live Birth (COLB). >p? * The failure of big media to perform its function as the watchdog "Fourth Branch" of the government.
This issue led Philip J. Berg, a long time Democrat and attorney, to file suit against Barack H. Obama, (Lawsuit Continues) challenging Senator Obama’s lack of "qualification" to serve as President of the United States.
"This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution,” Berg said in a statement. “If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States - the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world - then who does? So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned."

Although Jerome Corsi would argue that he started the inquiry about Obama's citizenship, even he had nothing enlightening to say about the bogus birth certificate.
If I had a dollar for how many media outlets refused to print my story, I could retire.
But, at least we've got others waking up to this sobering reality.
Polarik, I have admired your work regarding this issue since I joined FR and I appreciate all you have done.
I want to continue to fight this. It may be that Obama WAS born in Hawaii, it may be he never lost a US citizenship in Indonesia, or he perfectly legally reobtained his “natural born” citizenship as an adult. But the fact that he thinks he can skate on in on his word is terrifying. And that no one questions this is even more so.
I've had to show my birth certificate several times over the years (and years).

It is true, is it not, that O and the DNC are/were paying lawyers to fight the release of the BC? If they are really fighting this thing, then that’s just another amazing example of media bias, as that’s the sort of thing (paying attorneys to cover up a simple fact) that would normally attract a HUGE amount of press coverage.
It has been clear from the first time I heard of Obama that he will ignore any rules and regulations which get in his personal path.
He will also run the nation in the same manner.
The courts’ dismissal of these suits for “lack of standing” of the filers to demand the upholding of the US Constitution- is at least as big a story as their claims

None of the courts has found the complaints to be without merit.. They dismiss based on the “lack of standing” of citizens to demand action!
In Berg’s case, as a democrat donor, the judge in PA blew off his suit because he could not show significant enough personal damage if a fraudulent Presidential candidate was fielded by his party - and possibly elected!.
But, but, but, the Dem’s say the real deal was provided 2 years ago. Would they lie?
If this was a Republican President-elect, the media would be in full constitutional crisis mode, camped out in front of the White House, with a clock tick-tocking until inauguration.....

You know, this dufuss needs to address this now and put it to rest (if he can). Otherwise it is going to dog him for the next 4 years. That he won’t (or maybe can’t) put it to rest now is suspect.
This is a loser. Obama assured that when he selected Biden as his running mate. Nobody, not Republicans, not even Democrats, wants a President Biden.
I suspect that, if Obama is truly not a natural born citizen, the congressional Democrats will keep it under their hats as assurance against a posibility of a time when there is a conflict between the executive and the legislative branches. One party rule inevitably results in splits between faction within the party.
Unfortunately, Berg has been shown to be unstable. He has filed many frivolous and bizarre lawsuits. This does not mean, however, that Obama’s eligibility should not be pursued.
If someone is hiding something, it’s generally because they have something to hide.
It’s just that simple. The media won’t help you; they don’t give a damn, and like The Obamassiah, they consider the Constitution to be an aging annoyance.
This whole thing turns my stomach. We’ve become a Third World backwater.

I believe that the word is out that he will RULE (not “run”) the nation. And, as all dems do, he will ignore any rules that don’t further his agenda.

To hear certain people tell it this was all a brilliantly executed trap to lure republicans into losing the election by embarrassing their candidate and allowing Obama to walk on water into the White House.
Which he seems to have done with out our help.
So why is this still an issue and better yet why is it gaining momentum?
Barry Soetoro has his birth certificate and it has that name on it, which is why it has been sealed, why he cannot show it, that’s what is so damaging he can never reveal it.
Barry Soetoro is not Barack Obama, he didn’t become Barack Obama until he met his real father in 1971(?). Prior to that he had two different names, his original name which you cannot find in either newspaper clipping that is on his original birth certificate and Barry Soetoro which was his legal name after he was adopted in Indonesia.
My guess is that it has never been legally changed since his adoption by Lolo Soetoro, he just decided after meeting his father to call himself Barack Hussein Obama Jr.
The question then becomes quite honestly is he entitled to run for president under an assumed name, especially if there is no documentation that shows that he ever legally changed it from what it was originally or after he was adopted.
This has to be the reason he continues to hide his original Birth Certificate.
Leo Donofrio case is now also before the SCOTUS. SInce he is suing the SOS of NJ for not performing the duty of the office, some here feel he has a better case. Your opinion?

This is really a non-issue, IMO. Rhetorically, what do you suppose the outcome would be even it is discovered that he was born outside the U.S.; take away the election results? Rightly or (in this case) wrongly, the sheeple spoke on November 4th to change power (thanks again President Bush, you phutz!). And, besides, Obama’s mom was an American citizen so it would seem that he would still have a decent claim to the throne!

This is a news flash, since when is the RNC required to vet a liberal candidate? I know the DNC vetted the Republican candidate and got him the nomination, but come on now blaming this on the RNC is typical liberalism.

I agree and also somewhere on one of the BC threads he apparently said on a ‘bar exam’ application he had never gone by any other name... That would present a big problem if he is named other that BHO on that hidden BC.

The correct way (IMHO) to go about this now would be to request a Writ of Mandamus in every state, directing the secretary of state to determine eligibility of candidates prior to the secretary certifying the results to the electoral college.

His dear mother was about as anti-American as they come, which was learned at her Daddy’s knee judging by the company the family kept (communist Frank Marshall Davis to name one from “Dreams from my BabyDaddy”). She lived her early adult life out of the country, and probably came back to the USA only after she burned all her bridges overseas. The citizenship law in effect when BHO was born, due to his mother’s age (18), would not grant automatic citizenship if she had delivered him intentionally in another country (Kenya and Canada have both been mentioned). BHO was adopted by Soetero, and he used his Indonesian passport when he went to Pakistan. So, not even an American passport (which would have required a full-blown birth certificate). Everything about BHO’s background that is relevant has been sealed from public scrutiny. It’s none of our business, we’re told. If that’s the case, why have any rules or laws at all if your cause is “greater” than our laws? Thank you very much to the 64 million suckers who bought all this.
Even though he is not a practicing lawyer at present, the Bar application is probably signed under oath. Lying under oath is perjury. Perjury is a felony.
I believe that the “lack of standing” comes from the fact that we don’t directly elect the POTUS but instead we elect electors to select the president and vp. That said, I have heard that among the several lawsuits demanding the Obama prove his eligibility, some have managed to get some of the electoral college electors to sign in as plaintiffs.
Now, I don’t see how ANY judge could rule that the electors have a “lack of standing”.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.
