The MSN has not been reporting this, however many already know about the challenge in federal court to Obama's "natural born" citizenship status. It was filed in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on August 21, 2008. Case Number 2:2008cv04083 BERG v. OBAMA et al

Mr. Berg is incorrect in both the facts of the case and the relevant laws. If McCain is to win, he wins on merit, not a desperate technicality that makes honest American values look like the realm of tin-foil-hatted conspiracists.
The October surprise, I’m afraid, is that there IS NO SURPRISE.

This item isn’t about McCain winning. Sure, I’d like to see him win......that being said....this is about our court system and whether or not Obama is a citizen. Let the courts decide, not the media.

I thinks it's right: the "citizenship" issue is a red herring and will amount to nothing except a distraction. McCain or Obama will win or lose on their perceived merits (not to be confused with their real merits or lack thereof)...
There are plenty of other candidate concerns we should be talking about (IMHO!)!

1992 - GHWB vs. Clinton: Just four days before the election that year, Caspar Weinberger was implicated in the Iran-Contra scandal.
2000 - Gore vs. GWB: Fox News (Carl Cameron) unearthed an old report that GWB had been arrested for drunk driving in that state in 1976. His poll numbers dropped, but not enough to lose the election.
2006 midterm elections: The Mark Foley scandal, which broke in late Sept. but dominated the news for all of Oct.
Common thread — ALL the “October surprises” favored the Democrats.
Conclusion: I’m not getting my hopes up.

I too have been wondering what the ‘Beast has been up to lately. And she has a lot at stake here — if Obama wins her next shot at the WH would be in ‘16. ...probably too late.
We’ll find out soon enough.
My crystal ball says that all these things not being reported are reaching a great portion of the population anyway, showing how bias the MSM is. The anger will continue to grow against them if the shielding of Obama continues....I would not want to be them if Obama wins and these things have not been shown to the rest of America. They are treading on very dangerous ground at this point.

Agree. Can you just imagine the death threats that would be thrown at any judge or appeals court if they ruled in favor of Berg? Can you imagine the riots in the streets throughout the nation if Obama was declared not authorized to run for the office of POTUS either before or after the election? There would be a revolution in this country. So even if it’s proven against Obama, nothing will come of this case.
I suppose this is why the Army is being assigned to Northern Command
