Less than a month before the elections...more voter fraud! Only military should be allowed to utilize absentee ballots. Voter registrations should come with a competency test to make sure the voter is not an idiot. As far as the rumor of McCain's camp sending deceptive ballots to NC voters, I'm a dem my husband is a rep. For me, the test for voting would be simple: a 1040 or 1040A showing that the voter had paid taxes for the prior tax year.
In other words, no representation without taxation.
