DUmmie FUnnies 10-10-08 (DUmmie Panic Preview When Polls Tighten)
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | October 10, 2008 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

Posted on 10/10/2008 7:51:26 AM PDT by PJ-Comix

In this edition of the DUmmie FUnnies you will get a sneak preview on how badly the DUmmies will panic when the polls start to tighten about a week before the election. Why am I so certain that the polls will tighten? Because they ALWAYS do when a Republican is supposedly behind in the polls. Right now the polls show Obama way ahead but how accurate are they? Probably not that accurate but right now the pollsters don't need to worry so much about accuracy. The time they will be extra careful to be accurate will be about a week before the election when their reputations are on the line. Then you will see both a sudden tightening of the polls along with incredible panic from the DUmmies who will be sure this will be a prelude to the Republicans making it easier to steal the election via Diebold deviltry. Today we see the DUmmies angrily scoffing at the very notion that the polls could even tighten up in this THREAD titled, "scarborough thinks ayers and wright will tighten the election back up." So let us now watch the DUmmies work themselves into a denial mindset in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, looking forward to some VERY entertaining DUFUs starting about a week before Election Day on November 5, is in the [barackets]:

scarborough thinks ayers and wright will tighten the election back up

[Thought Crime! How Dare he even think that!]

jeez what a f*cked up man

[Ridiculous to think that the voters would be concerned about Obama's close association with both a terrorist and a Hate Whitey kook.]

He needs to step away from the crack pipe.

[So that you can take a hit on it.]

These smear tactics only appeal to Republican extremists.

[So no more worries about "swiftboating?"]

I want to remain optimistic. I do. But then I remember the lessons of the past 12-15 years and beyond and my optimism goes out the window.

[Please keep that optimistic smile on your face as we fiddle with your Diebold.]

Joe Scab is delusional..and desperate...

[Delusional and desperate? Aren't those requirements for entering the hallowed halls of DUmmieland?]

Is he off his meds again???

[Yes, but only because you stole his lithium.]

He WANTS it to tighten up but its backfiring instead. The polls this morning seem to indicate that people are turned off by this. Remember in 2004 it was the 527s and Bush could hold his hands clean but in 2008 its McCrap and Phalin starting this...you never want to be the candidate and do the smears you want someone from the outside to do it.

[You're going to be FUn to watch starting about a week before the election.]

Every poll says otherwise. When will Scarborough be forced to accept reality?

[And we must accept those polls because they are every bit as accurate as the 2004 exit polls. Anyway, fasten your seatbelts, everybody, about a week before the election because that is when the DUFU FUn really begins when the polls tighten up.]

GREAT posting! We need more of this....thanks for our “shot in the arm”....I am hearing more this morning on ACORN/Obama...Obamas Muslim meeting attended by his staff member/s.....and this is giving hope that even CNN, others are starting a little more negative toward Obama. Or, I can hope!

When is this Odinga/Obama video coming out:

I wish the DUmmie was right, but he isn't. Instead of McCain telling the people about the documented record of Barrak HUSSEIN Obama's intimate connections to people such as Revko, Ayers, Soros, and a slew of other America-hating criminals, cranks, and revolutionaries, the internet warriors are having to carry the load. Governor Palin is trying to do her part, but she isn't getting an iota of help from the leader of the pack. I am very much afraid that if McCain doesn't get off his high horse SOON and start mixing it up with the Obama fanatics we are in for at least one term of horror with a disastrous Barrak HUSSEIN Obama administration.

Take a look at the stuff Freeper LS has been finding in these internals (the easiest way is to just look at his in forum) and you’ll find that Obama is actually trailing Kerry badly among some important Dem constituencies, such as being down among Jews by 15% compared to this time in 2004.

The final tightening factor will be the voting booth. Same thing that happened with Kerry. When moderate Dems and Independents step into that booth and get ready to pull the lever, punch the chad, tap the screen, what have you, the coolness factor disappears.

In 2004 it was "Anyone but Bush--cool." This year it's "The first African-American president--cool."

I suspect there will be an upset. That's not a prediction, nor an invitation to a wager, just an observation.

I think the Bradley effect is in full force in these swing states, and even in some of the traditionally Republican states in which McCain is polling lower than expected. I've lived most of my life in Ohio and two years in North Carolina.

When you are in an area that is traditionally labeled "racist," I can believe that a white person could, with the subconscious ease of a somnambulist, misrepresent his or her political beliefs to a human pollster on the phone rather than be perceived as a racist.

My observations this year come from McCain/Palin signs in yards that had skerry/edwards signs in ‘04. There are a lot of people who actually know the dims have been in control of congress the past two years and are NOT happy with gas / food prices and their investments.

I’ve seen a lot of McCain/Palin signs around here. Ohio’s 13th district vacillates red to blue, and while I see lots of “Re-Elect Betty Sutton” signs, I don’t see many “Obama/What’s-His-Name” signs round these parts.

Have the DUmmies addressed the Ayers thing in ANY sort of rational way? (I know, I know, then they wouldn’t be DUmmies.) Are they just denying there’s any connection, or do they admit they are connected, but the DUmmies just don’t mind that Obama likes terrorists?

I’ve seen a lot of McCain/Palin signs around here.

Same here in my precinct in NW Travis county. So far, I've seen on BO sign and two cars with BO stickers. The really strange thing is the absence of BO signs in NW Austin. That is a fairly liberal area.

We do see a number of BO bumper stickers on 183 on the way home from work, but those are greatly outnumbered by McCain/Palin stickers - I'd say by a 10 or 12 to one ratio.
