Someone said that was SATIRE...it is illegal to put up a letter that is not real with his signature on it..I sent that to a newscast..this is ludicrous don’t these people know the law?

fake isn’t the right word, it’s illegal. NOONE legally can take a former letter, with a candidate’s/official of gov’t/Senator, and use it to ‘forge’ a comment with his signature...that is illegal, it isn’t a joke...nor is it Satire. I would have expected better from this forum...most people on FR are knowledgable about the law..expecially considering we are discussing on many threads Obama’s FORGED Birth Certificate.

Gang -- just sent a note to admin to see if this site should have the letter posted. I have no clue if this is illegal or not. Nonetheless, the author of #6 and this site should be protected. Blame me if it is removed. If not, consider me an alarmist.
As we found out lately with Sarah Palin’s email, any site can post illegally obtained information AS LONG AS THEY WERE NOT PART OF OBTAINING IT, OR CREATING IT.
Now that said, it is important that FreeRepublic is NEVER involved in any scandals that impune the reputation of Jim Robinson and what he (and us) are trying to do here, and that is to GET TO THE TRUTH of the far left. Many of us count on each other to put up things we find (ACCURATE INFO)for all to see, and we are busy people, this is not the only forum we use. Don’t forget the left monitors this place looking for things to discredit our voice in elections.
A scandal could hurt all of us, and I use this forum as a place to get research info, as all as contribute to this place...so we take EACH other’s research, and post our own to bypass the liberal media...I have NOT got time to be going back to several different threads to see if this is Satire (it should be labeled Satire), nor do most of the FRs. This document should NEVER have appeared on FR, due to it’s “forged” nature, satire or not.
My guess on Obama’s forged BC, and why he did not present it regarding the Phila, Pa lawsuit, is that it is a crime to give a court an illegal document in answer to a lawsuit as evidence...IMHO>>what other reason could there be?
