Speaking of the 2nd amendment, can we work on getting that amendment enforced?

Now that the Supreme Court has ruled that the 2nd amendment means exactly what the words say (you can’t take that for granted with those who like a living breathing constitution), aren’t virtually all gun control laws now legally suspect?

Even if the elites think that bitter people cling to a gun, isn’t it clearly their right to hold on to their gun?

Before he was a Senator, Obama was a director of The Joyce Foundation from ‘98-’01, which funds anti-2nd amendment groups.

You'll note there has been little said about the second amendment. McCain, and more appropriately, Annie Oakley Palin need to start bringing this issue up in speeches as it is a loser for Obama.

This issue hurt Kerry badly as I recall in 2004.
