The Obama campaign lashed out at a McCain ad featuring abortion survivor Gianna Jessen. In the ad, Jessen credited the medical aid she received for saving her life after she survived an abortion attempt 31 years ago. She went on to point out that similar aid is now routinely denied and excoriated presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama (D-Ill) for his opposition to the Born Alive Infant Protection Act when he was in the Illinois Senate.
The Obama campaign called Jessens testimony biased and invalid. If it werent for the incompetence of her mothers doctor she wouldnt be making these comments today, said campaign spokesman Damien Thorn. Were only hearing her side of it. What about the burdens inflicted on her mother because of the botched medical procedure?
Thorn characterized the McCain campaign as vile and despicable for its exploitation of this poor misbegotten woman for political gain. The Jessen ad is a mistake that should have been aborted before it saw the light of day, Thorn contended. Preventing such mistakes in the future will be a key component of the Obama Administration starting next January.

That's because this is not really satire ~ just a dramatization in a different venue of what Obama was up to ~ killing babies.
He has no soul.
Holy Cow. Is Obama saying that the doc was an incompetent abortionist or the girl wouldn’t be alive to say these things?
Is he trying to say you should only go to competent abortionist?
And the worry of what it put her mother through...hardships...because of an incompetent abortionist.
WHEW!
Now I get it. It is satire. Okay, thank goodness.
I noticed that as well, that is a disgusting claim to make, as if the Dr should have been a more competent assassin and the woman would have been silenced?
That is sick.
The only difference between this sarcasm and the real thing is that the Obama people wouldn’t say so openly, in so many words, though they would clearly have the same idea: that if only the abortionist had done his job correctly this criticism wouldn’t be out there at all and that under an Obama administration such mistakes won’t happen again.
And one more difference. In the real world the Obama campaign doesn’t have to say much since the media is already doing their work for them.
Tell me this is satire...
Wait, to ALL,
Is this a Satire or NOT???
Please post if this is satire...???
“Now I get it. It is satire. Okay, thank goodness.”
I would opine that although this may be intended as satire, a better description might be “a slight exaggeration” of BHO’s diabolical position.
You out-do yourself, John! You have a great gift. Pointing out rank hypocrisy is an important public service. Sadly, it’s notable for its absence in the MSM with the exception of a few editorial cartoons by the likes of Ramirez.
I’m reading this as satire. Am I correct?
Either way it’s a sad commentary on one political party when you can’t readily tell reality from satire.
Did I read that right?
Yes, I think you did. I had to read it a few times myself. What an evil and heartless thing to say. That's liberal "compassion" for you.
Another good one John.
You’ll never run out of material to lay some satire on..
it always amazes me how many FReepers you fool with your satire. your humor is always spot-on. you push the envelope just beyond the point of believeability, and run with it. i love all of your posts! keep them coming.
Did he really SAY that??!!
Killing living babies for political gain. If you have ever seen Satan dressed in a suit, Obama would be it.
it is satire...and these articles are posted and everyone falls into the trap....I learned from experience...
I know this is meant to be satire, but that Hussein is an executioner of little babies is fact.
I love that ad. It uses the liberals’ own practice of putting up a sympathetic example, just like those kids they used in their CHIPS campaign.
It gives them a dose of their own emotional appeal medicine. What goes around comes around.
it’s a sad sick world we live in. b.o. is a symptom of the disease which we need to eradicate. these are definitely sick and periless times! i don’t think b.o. is the executioner, but he definitely has attempted to hand the butchers the tools they need for their nefarious deeds.
perilous = periless
The whole satire article is absolutely hilarious, and very smart.
That is precisely what the big zero said. He spoke against a second physician interfering in the relationship between mother and Dr. to perform a complete qabortion, to include the death of the child.
This is satire. Damien Thorn was the anti-Christ character in the Omen Series.
Agree.
Please post (SATIRE) next to the title of any article which is satire.
Is that really too much to ask?
I thought that's what all the scare mongering about back ally abortions performed by incompetents with coat-hangers back in the 60s was supposed to end.
I didn’t get it was satire, til I got to the line, “if it wasn’t for the incompetence of....” But, it isn’t really satire, it is more like a dramatization.
Yep...it’s satire...however, it is true that Obama has smeared McCain and Jessen as liars...and then proceeded to lie further by misrepresenting McCain’s position on abortion.
“The Obama campaign called Jessens testimony biased and invalid. If it werent for the incompetence of her mothers doctor she wouldnt be making these comments today, said campaign spokesman Damien Thorn. Were only hearing her side of it. What about the burdens inflicted on her mother because of the botched medical procedure?”
That has got to be one of the most chilling, evil statements I have ever read. He is discounting anything this woman has to say and devaluing her life even now...because she survived an abortion. People like this Obama spodesperson need to leave the country...we do not need these sort of people here.
I thought the same thing!
See #26. The pro-death lobby is so crazy, it seemed plausible. This was satire, but very, very, very close to the truth.
The word “satire” appears twice.
Right under the title and in “key words.”
Besides, the post is only partly satire. The sentiments are real even if the specific quotes are not.
