Now, this is a funnier clip. Charles Rangel is in a world of hurt when it comes to his taxes. He is chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, but he has gone into default on his taxes. Of course, the Dems are being hypocritical and allowing him to keep his spot. Jay Leno makes fun of his inability to understand the law he himself writes:

I’d make it real simple for him...with no jail time. Pay the tax, pay the interest, pay the fines normally associated with it, and pay for the investigative costs involved. This will add up to $200k easily. And then sign a simple document that you don’t understand taxes. Thats all I’d want as a IRS agent.

Then I’d hand the signed document over to Nancy Pelosi and ask her to remove the guy because he’s dumb as bricks.

If I were the Republicans...I’d make a simple 30-second ad about this behavior, and just play it over and over in NY City. It helps McCain in the end.
