Here is video of Fox News' Chris Wallace bursting the bubble of Barack Obama as the great bipartisan "aisle-crosser" to pass historic reform legislation. He asks Obama adviser (actually Chicago machine-politics hack) David Axelrod to give one example of when Obama ever took on his own party to get something done. As you will see, Axelrod fumbled and flailed trying to come up with a credible response - without success. . . . (see video at link)

Wow. It is amazing how skillful politicians can answer specific questions with all kinds of word gymnastics. It takes the interviewer to bring up contradictory facts in response, to blow their cover, and not many reporters are willing to do that. Kudos to the interviewer in this instance. Just wow. Did Axelrod actually expect McCain to put a Democrat like Lieberman as his running mate? The chutzpah is amazing!
