Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, has received confirmation from his Process Service Company that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Senator Barack Obama were served today, September 4, 2008, with the legal documents pertaining to Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083.
The DNC was served at 12:00 p.m. and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of the Federal Elections Committee (FEC) on or about August 22, 2008.

I disagree. The difference is Clinton was a real criminal, while President GW Bush isn’t. The crimes the Dims accuse President Bush of committing were done for the safety of the Nation and the People of the United States. A successful lawsuit that concludes before November 4th will not help them win, but most assuredly it would end in their defeat.
I still like to see Obama defeated without help from the court, however, if he has lied to the American people, I want to see him punished along with the Demo party. I prefer this happens after the election.

there is no way he can regain a status that would make him eligible for presidency and after reviewing the material beginning to believe he has engineered this with the the intent to get elected, force congress to ratify the change to the constitution , state by state as required, and from henceforth anyone, including arnold can run for president!

My Guess: No. It is my opinion that Hillary wanted, and probably still wants, to run at the top of a Hillary/Barack ticket, uniting the two camps and having a good chance at winning.

Everybody knows about this; just that no one is talking. Hillary will not say anything until the news spike is lifted (or I guess you'd say pulled). So far the story is confined to a few voices in the alternative media (e.g., Roger Hedgecock) and as a minor story in the Philadelphia news, because Berg is a local "character."

Gentlemen:
I am a registered (YOUR STATE) (Dem-REPUB-IND) and a long time voter. According to the Constitution of the United States, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States
I respectfully request that the laws of the U.S. Constitution be enforced. Furthermore, please demand that the Democratic Presidential Nominee Senator Barrack Hussein Obama be required to provide (1) a certified copy of the vault Certificate of Birth; (2) a certified copy of the Oath of Allegiance he would have had to take between the ages of 18-21 to regain his U.S. citizenship after leaving Indonesia; and (3) verify that he registered in the selective service (he would have had to do this within six (6) months of turning eighteen (18).
Before Senator Obama is named on a (YOUR STATE) state ballot for the office of President, the foregoing documents must be produced. Unless Sen. Obama produces evidence to the contrary, I believe he:

As Attorney Generals of the U.S. and (YOUR STATE), Secretary of State of (YOUR STATE), and(USE IF YOU SEND TO YOUR GOVERNOR) Governor of (your state) , I request that you investigate the possible forgery of a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth and require Sen. Obama to answer whether he was ever a citizen of Indonesia and further require him to submit all documentation that led up to him being a U.S. citizen. Senator Obama has refused and/or failed to provide proof of his birth as a natural born U.S. citizen. A falsified birth certificate has circulated the Internet and has been proven by experts to be a forgery. Additionally, a lawsuit has been filed against Sen. Obama, Berg v. As a natural citizen of the U.S. and a dedicated American patriot, I am adamant for the security of our nation that we choose our elected officials as required in our federal and state constitutions and laws.

No, the idea is to remove an unqualified candidate from the running. Even Hillary’s most dedicated supporters know there’s no hope for her now. But whether it’s spite, or an honest attempt to prevent an incompetent from being elected, I fully support this Hillarite in his endeavor.

you can claim any nation as your own country as long as you do not give up your American citizenship. some countries make you give it up some do not. you would have duel citizenships, and when your ready you can come back to the good old USA.......
