If you strip away the phony labels liberals affix to themselves about being tolerant, diversity loving, and all-inclusive, you see how malignantly antisocial, pathologically disturbed some of them really are. You see, the tolerant all-inclusive diversity love is reserved for other liberals, which kind of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it.
So in the spirit of Daily Kos’s earlier KKK Torturing Michelle Obama Post, we have this new jewel of illiteracy. I am sure there’s a real diagnosis that applies to this condition. Sociopath maybe?

These liberals are sick and vile. They claim to be the most tolerant and enlightened in the world, all they want is peace and harmony, but they are in reality a bunch of brutal and hateful thugs.

He can be annoying, but I cut him slack due to his fund-raising for the familes of our troops. I also listen to guys like Mark Levin, Oliver North, and Rush Limbaugh - people who I admire - and they speak highly of Sean. So like I said, I cut him slack.

I suppose I should hope that they see the light and convert, but I'm convinced that their basic personalities prohibit the possibility, therefore, my attitude toward them is pretty much the same as my attitude toward cockroaches.

While I can understand your feeling that way, I would prefer we split into two nations: one run along purely conservative principles, free markets, robust national defense, and an emphasis on individual liberty and responsibility, and the other left to the leftists and their own devices. We may be headed in that direction anyways....

Split in two? Bull crap. Their democrat party ancestors tried that in 1860 and the big mistake was that we didn’t outlaw the democrat party in 1865 and hang all of it’s party leaders, northern democrats included. They are the enemies of the constitution and if they all dropped dead today this country would be the better for it and the constitution would be safer and stronger.
Having said that, I still wouldn't be adverse to a 50/50 division of our current holdings. American productivity is not a result of our land mass or necessarily even our wealth of natural resources. If that were the case, gold and diamond rich nations in Africa, should easily be the wealthiest countries on the planet. Alas, American entrepreneurship, unbridled by government, and protected by a healthy military will trump the others. While there are libs and leftists who are simply evil and power hungry, there are also a good number who are simply misled. If shown the clear contrasts, they will move "into the light." I suspect that if a 50/50 territorial split were realized, the left would run its share into the ground within 5 years. Conservative, Constitutional America would thrive, especially without the albatross of liberalism hung around its neck.

If you look at our current "red state/blue state" distribution, we virtually have that all reaady. The only difference I'm proposing is to cut the dead wood so that traditional/conservative America is no longer encumbered by the leftist areas.

What truly boggles my mind is that the Daily Kos is the outlet in which Elizabeth Edwards chose to release her statement on her husband’s affair. Unbelievable.
I’ll be the first to say that all of us make spelling and grammatical errors, but I have never seen quite so many in supposedly “highly educated” Democratic candidate supporters’ posts. You would think that if they went to all that trouble to post and make up surveys, they would at least try to make them look intelligent.

How much of that 70% tax rate do you think they'd actually spend on a military that could actually sieze and hold territory? Or perhaps they'd send their militia (if it wasn't for their prohibition against firearms.)...A real conservative state run by actually conservatives would have no qualms about maintaining the means to defend itself and actually doing so.
Unchecked, liberals turn fascist pretty quick. And note: fascists don't want their POPULACE armed. But they aren't against a military. Sure, we could probably defend ourselves. But I notice you didn't argue against my main point: that sooner or later, we'd have to.
Actually, that's part of my willingness to cede 50% in the first place. Eventually they would fail catastrophically and either implode or explode. In either case, the right would eventually take back the ceded half, whether the left chose to go out with a bang or a whimper.

Yes, I was criticized for making a mildly unfriendly remark at that time. But seriously, remember when the Clinton impeachment got underway, and Alec Baldwin said that Henry Hyde & his family deserved death by stoning? That told me that the Democrats were not the party of love anymore; since then, except for the gay marriage issue, they have been the party of hate.
Of course, according to Baldwin, his daughter is a little pig, or whatever. :’)
