This is a prayer request on behalf of my wife.

She has been diagnosed with a brain tumor, the same kind that Ted Kennedy had.

She will be operated on next week. She's in for testing right now.

I may or may not be able to get to a computer.

Sorry, I can't compose and type very well right now.

Prayers for you and your wife. My mother has been through it twice. Same type as Kennedy. Same area of the brain, just on the opposite side.

First time she did surgery and radiation. Second time was surgery and chemo.

Be strong. With my mother, at the beginning, they didn’t give her very good odds. Told her she might beat it once, but that it would eventually kill her. She’s been clear of it the second time for about a year now and the doctor (same one who treated Kennedy) told her she had a less than 5% chance of it ever coming back.

Needless to say, she has a new lease on life.
