Need photo shop help!

I want to take the text off the top of this image and insert: "Today's gas price is brought to you by the democrat party"

Then, I want to take the bottom text off and insert "DRILL NOW!" in large bold text.

If a picture of Obama could be added, that would even add to the effect.

What I plan to do is print a batch of these and keep them in my truck with some scotch tape so I can leave one on every gas pump I visit.

(maybe at the drive up window at the bank or Starbucks, too)

Click on smudge or clone and swipe out with the white around it.

Then click on Text and insert what you want.

Actually, this one is kind of easy.

Click “New Layer”. Then draw a square over the text using the marquee on the new layer. Fill with white using the paint bucket. Add new text and save.
