Larry Sinclair–the gay man who’s accused Senator Barack Obama of sharing gay sex and drugs with him in a Gurnee, IL hotel room in 1999–held a press conference at the National Press Club today.
He began the press conference by handing out press packets which contained little new information. He ended up his DC appearance in handcuffs, led away by the DC Police.
He’s currently being held by the DC Police, according to Larry Sinclair Arrested at NPC Press Conference; UPDATE.
[UPDATE at 6:53: Sinclair was arrested by DC Police after 2 US Marshals showed up and presented a warrant from the State of Delaware for Sinclair’s arrest. Montgomery Blair Sibley, who’s had his law license suspended by the District of Columbia and Florida, and who was previously Sinclair’s attorney, reviewed the warrant and then Sinclair was led away.]
Speculation is that the arrest stemmed from a Delaware warrant, although there is also an outstanding felony warrant out for Sinclair from the Pueblo County (CO) Sheriff’s Department.

The Pueblo Colorado warrant, according to detectives, is only good in several surrounding areas. I was informed that he would NOT be sought on that warrant in D.C., or even in Illinois. So, it remains that the warrant was most likely out of Delaware (a warrant I was not aware of! LOL).
No matter how “good” the Sinclair story is, the man has more than one felony warrant out there floating around. There are SO many things to attack Obama on, that Sinclair’s story pales in comparison to, IMHO. Besides, how can one really trust a man like Sinclair, who at least in Colorado and the surrounding states is wanted on felony FRAUD charges...
I dislike Obama as much as the next person - maybe even MORE - however, pinning one’s hopes for destruction on someone with a history of FRAUD isn’t too intelligent, IMHO.
He might be just a bit light in the loafers. Hard to tell. LOL

There are a number of videos available at YouTube that one could’ve used to establish that this man was one and the same as the one wanted in Colorado at least (I wasn’t aware of the Del. warrant).
Detectives working the case in Colorado were well aware that this was the guy they were looking for it would seem a LONG time. So, I find their claims of being the ones to “bust him” rather laughable...

I’m about 80-90% certain he is telling the truth. And judging be the coordinated efforts to upend him, including the folks at the site this story was taken from, I’d say he hit a very raw nerve.

Well, one thing is for sure... Obama was pretty smart to have his relationship with a wanted criminal. There is no better way to destroy one’s credibility than to point to felony warrants for fraud. I still would like to see the press conference. I don’t doubt that Larry’s story probably is true. To travel to Washington, he HAD to have known he would be close enough to his Delaware warrant to run the risk of being arrested... Something I doubt someone would do on purpose...
How long did it take Jennifer Flowers to prove she was telling the truth? ( I bet some liberals still think she lied)...and it took a room full of other women with similar experiences

Yes, I’m sure Larry was aware that the powers that be would be after him. But he took the risk and had a fairly impressive showing at the presser.
That’s what I’m wondering about really. If this was truly something Obama was “into” (i.e. Gay sex, and Cocaine) then surely there are others he had “flings” with - or at least others who were around that could verify some of his predilections. I wonder if any of them will come out of the woodwork now that Larry has been arrested (seeing now that his story won’t be enough).
That would definitely cement his allegations, at least in my mind. As I said before - Sinclair would’ve been/was easy to dismiss due to his criminal past and charges of fraud. However, if Obama made a habit of doing these things there HAVE to be others like Larry out there...

The MSM is still barely touching it. Politico put out LS’s rap sheet and the story of his arrest, but the only MSM to touch on the content of the press conference was Australian & Brit MSM, only to mock it. The media is 100% in the Obama tank.
That’s why I definitely want to see the whole presser. The only thing I’m concerned about at this point is the following - those who make their living perpetrating fraud are excellent liars. I’m not saying the Sinclair was definitely lying about this, but one has to wonder just how good a liar he is, ya know? As I said, I don’t know if he was telling the truth about this or not - my mind isn’t made up on that. It’s just worrisome to me to take the word of someone with his history no matter how much I dislike the subject of his accusations...

Perhaps. That would be one theory that might hold some water, really... I too haven’t made up my mind on whether I think he’s telling the truth on this or not. To be completely honest, I haven’t really followed this story as closely as others on this thread have.
The most I’ve done personally as far as a little investigating into this was contacting one of the detectives in Colorado. I did this just in the last week or so after someone posted about his felony warrant there. I’m also sure that I’m not the only one who contacted these detectives as they were very quick to confirm that he was one and the same person.
The detective I communicated with (via Email) was the one who brought up Washington, D.C., I didn’t even mention the upcoming presser, etc... - I only informed them that given his affadavidt filed with the Chicago police last November regarding the choir director murder the detectives working that case would have current contact info. in Chicago. It was this detective who told me that the warrant out of Colorado was only good in surrounding states and that THEY would not be arresting him in D.C..
You know... Thinking back on the wording the detective used now, one might take this to assume that there was talk that he WOULD be arrested already! Just not as a result of the Colorado warrant.

Sinclair's attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, was also lawyer to the DC Madame (Deborah Jean Palfrey) who 'hung' herself in her mother's shed two months ago. She had a black book of thousands of names, both Republican and Democrat.
Obama's Trinity Church lost it's choir director (a gay black man) last November, murdered. Another gay black Chicagoan murdered in the same time frame had and has the Chigago GLBT groups in a panic.

Yep, the choir leader. Sinclair has actually given an affadvit to the Chicago detectives investigating that case. I can’t recall off-hand exactly what was up, but something like Sinclair had either just met with him, or had an appointment to see him... Very odd circumstances.

This crap is "strange" though. Yes, Sinclair is of highly dubious character, but he has Obama's phone numbers and the name of the limo driver (supposedly-Two things that we'll never find out for sure because the MSM won't do their jobs), and the gay guy in Wright's church that he was supposedly talking to wound up murdered. This stuff smells pretty much the same as the Clinton's "Arkancide" list. It's just a multi layered rotting onion that stinks to high heaven, imo. BINGO! Some people wonder - how did Obama make it so far, so fast??? For those that grew up outside Chicagoland, they can’t fathom his rise - except that he must be “exceptional”. If Mr. Sinclair is telling the truth, then Obama cannot bring suit against him, for fear of subpoena of his phone records. It could be that Mr. Sinclair can press this whole issue hard, with taunts of "why don't/won't you sue me?" And if he doesn't, then does it indicate that Mr. Sinclair has no such evidence waiting in the phone records?
As for Mr. Sinclair's motives, we must remember that there are those out there who do not act rationally. Perhaps Mr. Sinclair is one of them. Or perhaps not.
Representative Michael Huffington (faux R-CA) had to lose a senate campaign before his buddies outted him as a Democrat homosexual mole. And that guy was married to a Greek commie who had children by other men.

The elephant in the room is whether Obama ever had any contact at all with Sinclair.
If that is true, then why are those who demean Sinclair because of his felonious, fraudulent background shying away from the story?
Why was Obama hanging out with a guy who had such a background? And if they did hang out, then what is unreasonable about sex, drugs, and alcohol arising from such a relationship?

From what little I’ve read about this Sinclair situation, there was the murder of Donald Young in Dec 07. He was choir director or just in the choir at Obama’s church. He was supposedly gay too.
