"Xenophobic" and "Racist!" they nag!
As it is, get a decent Constitutional rights lawyer; or sue the school for violating Federal Law.
Any US Senator with half a brain (but I repeat myself) should be seeking to cut all US funding to the school...
If the school identifies more closely with Mexico than the US, let Mexico fund their activities.
