Reporters for WorldNetDaily.com, TASS, USA Radio, Reuters TV and several other members of the media initially were denied an opportunity to participate in a White House briefing with presidential spokesman Tony Snow when Terence Hunt of The Associated Press ended the conference before the questions were finished.

Then there were about a dozen more questions from reporters, including USA Radio who asked:
"And I have a quick question on behalf of many of us neglected. Would you please consider suggesting to the president that he broaden his rare press conference questions to include more of us long-serving reporters whom he doesn't call on anymore?" was the question.
"Long serving or self serving? (Laughter.)," was Snow's response, according to the White House transcript.
Looks like Tony took the opportunity at his last press briefing to insult the few actual conservatives in the room. He occasionally took on a few of the more obnoxious leftist reporters (i.e. David Gregory), but it's clear that Tony always felt more comfortable with the lockstep-left MSM types than with those who had the temerity to question WH actions from the right side.

I’d listened to the WH Press Briefing. Lester was unhappy and had started to shout at Tony and when Tony tried to answer, Lester shouted him down and finally Tony responded that the others asked questions that he gave a rip about.
Did he do that when the MSM press people do the same thing?

And as you know, I’ve listened to just about every one them, and the number of times Lester was not a complete loon I can count on one hand.

Did you listen to the Press conference? When someone tried to talk over him, he tried to get the conversation back on track. No one shouted at him as Lester did.
It’s okay to have unusual ideas, but Lester behaved badly.

I agree. Tony and Lester haven’t been getting along lately.
I believe, Lester wrote something that badly misrepresented something Tony had said, and he took Lester to the woodshed during one of the briefings.
Lester didn’t get called on for some time after that, if he was even allowed in.
LOL.

According to info I read somewhere, Lester was not banned by Tony, he entered a self imposed “exile” until his feathers were smoothed and he returned on his own. Les has had a distinguished career, but I think he is getting a bit senile!
He was steamed about Code Pink and he took it out on Tony IMHO
