Seems like a fair question. There are many companies that don't/won't ship to APO addresses for many reasons. The main reason is that once the packages leave the states, they leave the purview of the United States Postal Service and can't be guaranteed. Some companies don't want to takes that risk. But, Discount-Mats.com has other reasons they don't ship to APO:

He didn't fire himself....This Faisal Khetani is a weasel. All he had to do was be polite to the soldier...There was no need for his added comments. He claims its a business , but he is more a middle man so its not really run out of his house. If he is the middle man then there are employees except for family. So who did he fire? He seems very sneaky and a liar but we need to remember Muslims are allowed to lie to us. We are kaffar............
I just thought you might want to check it out..... Its very interesting how this weasel explains himself and the threats he makes. I think somebody ought to be checking him out. Skim through the links. ~~Pandora~~

I agree with you. I think we should keep on this guy. I tried to find a ebay link to him but so far came up empty. He has all kinds of websites and a interesting brother. Its the reply and the threat he made that have me going on. I think he was rude and people who are rude don't get my business. If he is here making money off Americans then he could have gone the extra mile and shipped these mats for the soldiers not tell them to leave Iraq. ~~P~~
Well just read where the president of the company (seems there's only a few people working there) said he was fired ... that's all I know ....

I've been reading those other FReeper threads and he has a few other e-mail addresses, it seems -- and the place appears to be run out of his parents house and he is apparently a student at the University of Wisconsin.
I know it's a lot of stuff to read through, but there is another e-mail address. In fact, I read that there is a lot of information available, including the Internet registration and a student e-mail addres and also a home address for his parents.
Someone should gather it all together and put it out for everyone.

Actually, it's kind of nice to be following it up, this long after it was first posted -- because there is so much more information available now, that it seems clear that there was no employee to fire. He would have to fire himself if he fired someone.
Something is awfully suspicious about the whole thing, when you look at the information in post #8...

That was good.....Ok have a great night Star Traveler and lets keep this going on Faisal and discount mats.....I am in NJ and we don't pump our own gas here. We got the Paki and I don't know what else gas station owners here ...If they are Muslim I won't buy from them because sometimes you get cheated if you don't watch the pumps. Plus I really don't care to do business with Muslims... I found a really good way to find out who is who . My daughter is married to a Sikh and Muslims hate Sikhs and Sikhs hate Muslims. So I very nicely ask are you Sikh..... when they get offended I say oops sorry but I only buy from Sikhs and leave. I really don't care to give my money to the Muslims. Even American ones.....I once lived by a mosque and it was horrible. Most of the members were converts from jail. You heard them pray 5 times a day and it was loud. Not to mention worse when they went up on the roof to pray in the summer. I was very happy when my house was remodeled and I could move back home. Take care...~~Pandora~~
The jerk at the company had a right to say what he did. The soldier had a right to tell everyone. Everyone had a right to respond as they saw fit. All of our soldiers provided this luxury to All Americans. Remind every leftist that you meet, that freedom of speech knows no political stripe. Use small words or their own catch phrases if necessary.

Dig deeper into that story (from the links and one given here on this thread) -- and you might find that there are *hints* that something more sinister is going on. And so, his "outburst", while you say he had a right, may actually indicate something more "akin" to what one would expect from Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups -- rather than -- someone appreciating the free speech of America.
