Is Karl Rove Running The Lieberman Campaign?: Lieberman Hacked by Rove?
TPM ^ | Aug 8, 2006 | Chuck Keller

Posted on 08/08/2006 11:37:29 AM PDT by rface

The Lieberman campaign is claiming their website has been hacked. They are blaming the "Nerds" and "bloggers" for their email being down.

Sounds exactly like the kind of tactic Karl Rove used in Texas claiming a "break in" and "bugging" of George W. Bush's campaign offices during his run for governor. Allegations were later made that Rove himself was the culprit.

Lieberman's campaign blaming the bloggers for this activity stinks. If it looks like a fish, smells like a fish and swims like a fish then it must be a "dolphin"..

This will turn out to be just another ploy by the hate and fear mongers who run these campaigns to try to change the outcome of an election.

Keep your eyes on this ball. If there was hacking into Lieberman's system it wasn't done by bloggers. I'd be looking internally or maybe to Karl Rove dot com.

Liberals would never deface a web site, just as they would never slash tires on a Republican get-out-the-vote van or try to sign up voters by offering crack cocaine.

TPM? I don't want to click through to give this nut's site a hit, but could that possibly stand for "Tinfoil Psycho Madman"?

the DUmmies are going berserk over this one..they're convinced it was Rove or someone working with him, or they're convinced Joe's campaign did it themselves (sympathy vote)..man, the conspiracy theories are flyin over there..quite humerous to read..

“For example: given the premise, ‘All fish live underwater’ and ‘All mackerel are fish’, my wife will conclude, not that ‘All mackerel live underwater’, but that ‘If she buys kippers it will not rain’ or that ‘Trout live in trees’ or even that ‘I do not love her any more.’”

Funny how some "allegations" never materialize into charges. If there is no hard proof, let's just make allegations and ruin somebody's life because we are jealous.

Who is the brain damaged individual who wrote this? An allegation against Karl Rove, probably by the same nuts this writer obviously represents, is tanamount to evidence or a conviction on the claim Rove broke into his own campaign offices?? I love that saying "Rove was alleged" is enough to establish the credibility and reality of such a charge by the moron who wrote this incredibly tortured piece of "logic."

Rove has never been credibily shown to have been involved with anything like that, much less charged with any such thing. To take an allegation made by nuts as evidence that Rove is guilty, and then to ride that dead horse to the conclusion that this claim can be extrapolated to mean Lieberman is doing the same thing by taking down his own website it the height of stupidity and absurdity. As if these extremist Brownshirts on the left are above doing such things.

Silly liberals, they ought to know that it is hurricane season and Karl is too busy steering the weather machine to bother with a little primary.

Yep. Interesting how that sentence was worded in the passive voice to avoid identifying who it was that made those "allegations", or how credible they were.

But I guess that two can play that same game. I am hereby alleging that Chuck Keller, the author of the screed, is personally responsible for having defaced the Lieberman campaign site. See how easy it is to make allegations?

This nut fell for the oldest trick in Rove's playbook. Rove specifically didn't hack Lieberman's website, but then failed to issue a denial that he didn't do it, knowing that his non-denial of his non-hack would lead this internet muttonbrain to jump to the conclusion that Rove must have hacked Lieberman's website, which he then broadcast on the internet announcing to all that Lieberman's website had been hacked and that Rove probably did it, which is exactly the message that Rove wanted to get out there, thereby increasing his image as a master manipulator that can't be stopped, even when he isn't doing a damn thing and doesn't have any idea what this clown is talking about. Genius!

Hmmm...just curious, I wonder if Carl Rove is aware of this, and if so, I wonder what his reaction would be. I picture him grabbing a bunch of his White House buddies and having a good laugh.

;-)

Total Moonbat alarm should sound.

What do people here think will happen if Lieberman wins the Primary?

Isn't it almost a given that should Lieberman win the Primary, the standard "We Was Robbed" chorus will start, ballot re-count after recount will be screamed for, "dis-enfranchisement" will be brought up, etc., etc.

Every time a socialist/liberal/Democrat loses, this is the standard response to the vote.....
