No doubt "benburch" will soon be a chicken sexer (vent variety) at that same plant.

That is hilarious; I had no idea such a job existed. I just asked a friend, and apparently, yes, there is such a job, and apparently, yes, it is the sort of career that would turn Fat Che on.

Well, that sums up the Bostonian Idiot's dilemma pretty well.

No matter what he bloviates, nearly no one will believe him.

And it's all his own fault.

Top 25!

Too bad Pitt didn't think about wheeling into the local Home depot and spending 15 bucks or so on a shovel. He could have dug up Scamdy and dragged him to the cornfield.

"Look, I brought another Earthling with me! Sure he looks dead, but that's because of those lousy graveyard rat Freepers keeping him from getting treatment at Johns Hopkins. I promise you he's only ten dollars away from saying, "I BEEEEEELIEEEEEVEEEEEE!" Look, I'll make out the check now! Oh pleeeeease....!"

Great work, PJ. Wish it could be posted at DU.

I'll read it over several times tomorrow since you won't be posting in the AM.

As always, many thanks.

Hilarious PJ, your best comedic work so far by far. I could see it as an actual, although attenuated, Twilight Zone episode if Serling had been a comedy writer. The part about the Chicky run taken from "Rebel Without a Cause" was inspired.

But don't let it be your last probe into the seriously disturbed psyche of the Pitts as he attempts to reinstate himself onto the honor roll of DUmmieland moonbattery. That field is ripe with opportunity for many more humorous episodes.

Looks more like cattle grazing than corn raising country in Western Nebraska. I wanted to make it central Nebraska but I thought of you when I put the Western Nebraska touch in.

That field is ripe with opportunity for many more humorous episodes.

Oh, yes, there's going to be plenty of fertile ground for this, at least for the short-term.

If the Bostonian Idiot checks himself into some sort of treatment facility (which we all really hope he does), then the fun stops.

But alas it is not likely the Bostonian Idiot will do so, and any consequences of that--including much merriment at his expense--are his own fault.

The Bostonian Idiot, though, really should check himself in, get cleaned up--I'm surprised his employers haven't made that a condition of his continued employment, and that my fellow alum the Head Warden "Skinner" doesn't see that, by not mausoleuming the Bostonian Idiot, "Skinner" is aiding and abetting him in looking like an absolute fool.

"Could this be the end of Pitt?"

Could well be - who wants to be a laughing-stock when he grows up?

There's no doubt this will get talked about in DK and DU tomorrow (surreptitiously in DU's case).

The eastern half of Nebraska is much like Iowa; rolling hills and much corn.

The western half of Nebraska is much like, well, Nebraska; rolling hills and much cattle.

There is a popular tendency to think of Nebraska as "flat," and this is because the only part of Nebraska most people see is along Interstate 80, running along the Platte River, and of course Nebraska is flat there.
