Sam at Hammorabi is an Iraqi and english is his second (or third or fourth) language. He's a very educated man, but his english is rough. Over the past couple of years it has gotten a lot better.
Sam is also usually right. He's a been a couple of days (to weeks) ahead of what we finally hear announced officially.
I've learned to trust him.
