True but the Palestinians had a tremendous impact in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. That's why no one wants them as refugees.
The military in Egypt is wary of the Muslim Brotherhood. Hamas is allied with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.

Lebanon is the location of hezbollah who have been firing missiles into Israel. They support the Palestinian cause, just not the people that are trying to escape from hama’s actions and the retaliation of Israel and that those refugees are not volunteering to be human shields.
