Druze arent Christian. They are their own partly-Islamic offshoot - they believe in reincarnation for instance, which is way out of character for Muslims. There are quite a few of these splinter religions, usually not recognized as muslims by most muslims. The Ismailis and Ahmadis for instance. Or one can even count the Baháʼí in this. Of course there are vast differences between all these splinters.
The Druze get along very well with Christians and Jews.
