Maybe roids. Another thing is the diet they eat to look that way towards a shownis not healthy. They have to dry out. Stepping on the stage dehydrated and flexing causes major cramping and pain. Lol. No thanks.
Nice hair. RIP.
Re: 61 - LOL!
That caption is a good explanation of why the quality of FReeper posts has gone downhill over the past 2-3 years.
That information (if they even have it) is not used for this. Comparing "all causes" year over year is just what it says, all causes, no differentiation between causes.
No doubt there is variation year on year, age group by age group. E.g., life expectancy changes.
I suppose there is decades of data on this metric, so a normal variation is well known and reliable. The way I interpret the rumor is that last year there was an increase outside of statistical variation. People will tend to assign a cause that fits their confirmation bias.
is this some of the data ethical skeptic has worked with?
thank you!
wouldn’t it be terrible if their solution was add a confounding factor, like a large-scale exposure to radiation?
these folks aren’t planning to face the pitchforks and gibbets.
gates’ smallpox comment haunts me.
are you familiar with ethical skeptics stat work on this?
he doesn’t assign cause, though temporally it does correlate with vax roll-out on a per-country basis.
he does show the actual excess mortality issue in a number of fairly clear graphs backed by hard data links/source material.
Which means the cause could easily be Covid, not the vaccines.
The actuarial data can’t tell us if the vaccines are causing deaths.
I don’t think she was using steroids.*
Looking at the picture her muscles seem to have been proportional to her frame, not the freakish monstrosities common on roid users.
Considering she has been bodybuilding since 2013 her muscles are well defined and her body fat is low.
Is her body fat too low?
Hard to tell.
It seems the “science” is now pushing for an ideal body fat of 16-19% of overall weight. There was one bodybuilder who, 20-30 years ago, competed with an average body fat percentage of approximately 5%. He never let his body fat get over 5% and had less fat to lose for competition. I can’t remember his name but I’m fairly sure he’s still living.
*I am not a doctor, have never portrayed one on TV nor have I stayed in a Holiday Inn in the past decade.
"All causes" could, but I don't know that for a fact. It's possible some ANOVA (analysis of variance) would reveal a causal link, when combined with external data.
There is a body of data that purports to be an accurate account of COVID cause deaths, so that fraction could be filtered out of the all causes data.
Only that I've heard of it. I haven't studied it. Conscious decision to work on and study other things. I do know I don't trust the government data or conclusions at all. It is more likely the government is lying or misleading, than it is telling the truth. I'm not going to take the vax voluntarily - it would take force of violence to get me jabbed. I've had the covid.
Oh good heavens, some of those photos are horrid. She looks horrid. Too much muscle. That pucker in the crotch area is icky. LOL
So sad she is dead so young and has left two cute kids without their Mom. Best guess is vax did her in.
If it was covid 19, they would be announcing it to the world. The fact they did not means it was probably the fake vax.
After all, this is Daily Mail reporting. Great pictures, not so great on facts.
What drugs are you referring to? Are you speaking long term or short term? And what point or you trying to make? That steroid abuse does no harm? Very few people actually make it to the upper echelons of body building where what you are talking about actually applies, but millions of boys and young men in this country turn their grapes to raisins abusing steroids.
In the overall scheme of things... steroids are probably a thousand times more dangerous to the population than using dangerous dieting techniques to get cut. Your statement in defense of steroid abuse contains a logical fallacy.
Right nipple up, left nipple down.....
Facepalm yourself for your reading comprehension skills.
You’re engaging in “mind reading”. There are zero sentences written by me defending steroids. I merely pointed out that cutting drugs and protocols kill more bodybuilders than steroids. I’ve worked at gyms and been a trainer. I’ve trained for 31 years.
Instead of shooting from the hip, do some research as to why numerous bodybuilders, recreational as well as professional, have been dying in far greater numbers now than in the past.
Here’s a clue - cutting drugs, electrolytes, and heart rate/attack
Congratulations, on your 31 years working at a gym as a trainer I am sure that you have a much greater depth of knowledge on steroid use than most other non-medical professionals. Many years ago, I was a champion bicycle road racer and have also been exposed to those using drugs and protocols to gain a competitive advantage.
What I object to is your equivocating something which affects very few people... those involved in competitive body building vs minimizing the dangers caused by the far more pervasive abuse and illegal trade of steroids by teenage boys and young men who just want to get big for whatever reason. There is no valid comparison. A knowledgeable person such as yourself would be better off not minimizing the dangerous and pervasive abuse of steroids.
I didn’t minimize the danger, I pointed out a greater danger.
I know tons of non competition guys that use cutting drugs for “beach season”. Water restriction, high dose Clenbuterol, saunas, and low calories to “just look hot to chicks”.
Almost no normal people know about this, but pretty much everyone knows steroids are dangerous. Especially high dose, and non cycled.
I guess we will just agree to disagree, or at least I will.
