The issue is simple.There's a dead guy and a guy who admits to having caused that death.But did that guy have good reason to cause the death or did he not? He claims self defense,which is recognized by all logical,intelligent,civilized people as being a legitimate reason to take violent action against another...even lethal action if necessary.The photographs of the defendant taken by the police after the incident *alone* suggest...*strongly* suggest...that the defendant's claim of self defense is legitimate.And when we explore the past of the dead guy in question it shows an angry,contemptful,swaggering,crude,semi-literate punk who would be completely capable of using violence with provocation.
OJ was guilty (in *both* cases),Michael Jackson was guilty,Robert Blake was guilty,Phil Spector was guilty,William Kennedy Smith was guilty,Michael Skakel was guilty and this punk very probably got what he deserved.
