Mark Levin seems to have something in mind, I’m sure something that will focus on states’ rights. He’s supposed to have a book out in August where he talks about it.

My guess is he will petition the States directly for Constitutional Amendments potentially on top of your idea. Imagine pushing to recind the 16th and 17th amendments and potentially a balanced budget admendment at the State level almost forcing the Senate to Act.
