Is anybody driving down to DC on the 19th for the Tea Party rally? Please get in touch - I'd love to go though I really don't have the money, but I have to do SOMETHING - I'm so friggin angry - and I'm hoping that a lot of others feel the same way. If I could find others in CT who are driving down I'd join you. Thanks!
I’m angry too. I hope you can find a group to go with. I’m too far away to go but these scandals sicken me.
Audit the IRS?
What we need is a full blown tax revolt. Stop filing, stop sending in your quarterly tax payments if you are self employed, and if your a business stop withholding. With no money they have no power.

The media has no interest in peaceful conservative rallies. You could have 5 million people there and it won’t make the nightly news. We’ve gone down this path.
We need a more in you face and impactful form of resistance. Remember “V” for victory? Perhaps “1776”?
Plastering billboards with the short snippets of our rights and Founders’ quotes, graffiti tags on overpasses, declarations of defiance, etc. I think we will capture the young and push the mealy minded into voting for us out of a sense of appeasement. Not the ideal, but effective.
If we restrict ourselves to playing in their rigged game, we lose.
You may be right...I know, I was at both huge rallies in DC and look what it got us. But I’m definitely ready for some form of civil disobedience to this lawless administration - we’ve got to start pushing back in a major way!!! Mark Levin seems to have something in mind, I’m sure something that will focus on states’ rights. He’s supposed to have a book out in August where he talks about it.

My guess is he will petition the States directly for Constitutional Amendments potentially on top of your idea. Imagine pushing to recind the 16th and 17th amendments and potentially a balanced budget admendment at the State level almost forcing the Senate to Act.

I think the IRS should be ordered to cease and desist all audits until such a time as obama, all his administration, everyone in congress and every global corporate lobbyist has been audited, and brought to resolution.
