I said that IMO a Kenya birth is likely...

no, you said, "is most likely"

Likely and most likely are two different claims reflecting two very different probabilities. Your statement also implies that you believe that it is unlikely that he was born in Hawaii.

Correct. IMO, it is unlikely that Barry was born in HI and it is most likely that he was born in Kenya. I do not yet see evidentiary certainty for either location and have never claimed certainty or stated as a fact a Kenyan birth.

I think it's fairly obvious that there was an older brother, and he inherited the land, I posted the Kenyan inheritance laws for that very reason. If there had never been an older brother, and if Malik was the son of the kenyan and Kezia as we are expected to believe, Malik would be the clan leader today and would have inherited the land that belonged to Onyango.

But Malik isn't leader of the clan, he didn't inherit. Sarah, wife of Onyango is recorded as telling Malik, no, he couldn't build a mosque when he wanted to, and if he didn't behave, he would be removed.

There's some reason the elder brother has been kept from view, he's always in the background, he wears the cap and carries the whisk which shows his position as leader of the clan. And he could only be that, if he was the eldest son of Onyango.

Passport shows birth year as 1934, but he's buried as born in 1936?

He doesn't look like he's too impressed with his US relative, does he? Maybe he has good reason, and that's not the happy family photo-op it was supposed to be, either.

I do have an idea, after reading FR's comment which says this:

I’m receiving private messages telling me that what I am posting is most interesting - I would have liked to go on, I would like nothing better than to show what an interesting story looks like, and finally bring this sorry tale to a conclusion, but not with the monster door-stops that pop up with no other motive than to prevent anything other than their conspiracy theories being given the light of day...

That is - since people are freepmailng you that they are interesting, and many of us say ont threads we are interested, and no doubt many are interested who say nothing - how about letting any disrupting comments remained unanswered? Most of us who are interested in truth just skip over them anyway. It's been many moons since I read a comment by any disruptor, my eyes just jump over them and I read only the interesting serious stuff. If no one ever responds to disrupting comments life would be better for all concerned - we'd still get to read about the research, you'd still get to post it, and no one would get banned and no threads pulled. This is utterly fascinating and I am so glad to be able to read more of what has been found out.

We’ve discussed this “Toot” business before - but of course not everyone has read everything that’s been hashed out since 2008.

So I’ll repeat - having lived in HI for a good number of years (pretty long time ago), I never ever heard or read of any grandmother or older lady called “Toot”. It was ALWAYS Tutu. And the “u” sound is clipped. I never heard the honorific “Tutu” (short for “Tutu wahine” - grandmother) ever cut to just one syllable. Ever. It’s obviously a device Ayers put in the book to obfuscate truth.

Yusuf, born c. 1950 to Sarah, is the eldest son of Onyango in Kenya (Omar is the actual surviving eldest) and is Malik’s half uncle. No mystery that he has the cap and whisk, is there?

And if Yusuf was the oldest SURVIVING BROTHER you're still stuck with the kenyan student having 1934 as his year of birth on his passport and being buried as having a year of birth as 1936. I guess he's his own elder brother. And the truth is beneath his tombstone.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Barack Obama’s controversial and legally-contested hold on the executive office just got a great deal more complicated. Documents released this week by the British Foreign Secretary reveal that Obama’s father, Barack Hussein Obama, Senior, was the target of an international investigation due to his ties to Kenyan terrorists groups. The top secret files, which had been suppressed for decades, were privately condemned by administration officials who feared they would undermine Obama as polls show him trailing Republican contender Mitt Romney by at least five points. They also highlight the mounting public evidence tying Barack Jr. to communist sleeper cells and long range plots to undermine American democracy. A memo from a British diplomat in Washington to Whitehall -- released today by the National Archives in West London -- sets out their concerns about the young Kenyans. Dated September 1, 1959, it says: "I have discussed with the State Department. They are as disturbed about these developments as we are. They point out that Kenya students have a bad reputation over here for falling into the wrong hands and for becoming both anti-American and anti-white." In one of the Foreign Office files, the future president’s father appears on a list of Kenyan students as "OBAMA, Barack H" -- they shared the same name.

So...I guess we know now why he would never have been accepted by Tom Mboya as a candidate for the airlift, but what we don't know fer sure is, how did he get to leave the country on a scholarship? Maybe he didn't have one at all, the way he spoke at first interview, he said he only had enough money for one or two semesters. Is 'one or two semesters' a scholarship?

As I keep saying, we don't know the half of it, and with the obstructionists in full feathers, we never will.

The device used by Ayres to blend the names ANN and ANNA and TOOT into that paragraph I posted, tells us all we need to know, he wasn’t happy to leave it at TOOT, he had to weave the non-existant TUTU into the conversation to convince the Reader, and make it sound like some kind of Hawaiian vernacular.

He thought he was cleverly hiding the two women that the kenyan was running around with in Hawaii, as we discovered from the INS memo. And at the same time, blending in ANNA TOOT, the name the clan member recalled as stated in that 2004 article out of Kenya.

There’s one other, possible though not quite so believable happenstance...one of the girls he was charming in Hawaii was named Ann, and as he elder sister, I’ve seen it written, her family nickname might become Annie Tutu. That’s something like Auntie Annie.

Phonetically, if read out from a letter by Onynago, that name might have been remembered as Anna Toot. But it’s a stretch. Anna Toot married the kenyan, became Anna Obama and as he himself wrote, they separated and she moved to the Philippines.

We are handicapped by only being able to see the redacted immigration file. Sally Jacobs had the unredacted file for two years...she knows who Anna Obama was, but she’s not telling.

ANother point about distruptors - I am sure most people view them as ads in the middle of a TV show - you mute ‘em, fast forward, or go to the fridge for something to eat or to the bathroom to pee.

I only had a TV for a couple of years, happened to catch some Clinton hearings, but I remember the protocol.

Not that the research is like a TV show - but it’s the real stuff, and the disrupting comments are like junk mail that gets tossed without opening.

Barack Obama's father was born in 1895. Do you really believe that a man living in that country, didn't have any children during the first 40 years of his life and then had at least 7 during his later years?

Rita Auma Obama Manners wrote that her grandfather lived from 1879-1975, so he actually would have been 55 years old, when as you say, his first son Barack was born.

But of course that is just unsubstantiated hearsay, from Barack's daughter. ;-)

or maybe not...

That’s the way to do it - I often check for their comments and then go to the thread and read only what they post and any supportive or relevant comments.
