I own 2 rental properties in LV, and that is enough:)
Are we dead?
Or is this Ohio?
Let's see...there's you, IA, and HTB.
I'll be up for about another hour
Good for you, nothing wrong with that and it has been growing.
Prices last year hit the roof in LV and nearly doubled as California for the most part became unfordable for investment or in many cases to even reside.
We're waiting for more rain here.
I'm going bonkers. I added on this nice sun room, I have this leak in a corner and for the life of me, it's been impossible to track down.
I've been on the roof twice today, I'll see how I did next big rain.
"I'll see how I did next big rain."
Which will be tomorrow......
Not bad for late on a Saturday.
Ate at a place that was a buffet that was quite busy today near a city called Downey.
Place had several hundred people in there at an average of $11 a pop. A chinese buffet.
Was mostly a big fish place. The food wasn't bad, but the floors seemed dirty, the tables were peeling in some places and my beef ribs were cold.
First and last time there.
I'm never thrilled to get food that isn't hot or in places not kept REAL clean.
One went up 100% in 2 years, the other 80%.
I just did my laundry at a friend's house tonight. I'm a wild woman. ;-)
Where is the ambiguity? The ambiguity is in the box and the ZOT gets up your nose.
If you had NO RAIN already, your fine.
The problem with leaks are that they can be anywhere and travel.
I was in the attic at 1am last night looking for water stains or moisture to find a source. (No luck)
There is flashing above and the roof goes from a more angular roof to a 12/2 roof. Means it angles down at 2 inches for every foot. Not that steep at all.
I have a big fireplace and large skylight that are dry as a bone.
It's tricky, but I think this heavy rain sent lots of water sideways under the tiles to pull somehow past the black paper that is supposed to be rain proof.
We've had record weather and I hope I am OK now.
Who dresses er.... ahem.......well?
huh?
Went out with friends and did the shopping and cleaning.
Now I am cooking up a batch of orders. Bless those guys in the cool rooms. They are improving my economic status.
Hi mrobison. Welcome to the thread. :-)
Well, that was a good idea. You got to keep some friendly company and get the necessities out of the way at the same time.
I should have done my laundry in my addition. It was a little wet anyway.
We have had 4 inches of rain in the last 72 hours(or less) I hope you fare better than we did. Hywy. 126,33,and 150 are closed.
I'm glad she lets me use her washer and dryer. I don't like going to laundromats.
Off to bed so quick?
