Hispanics destroyed prop 16 ...It was an affirmative action bill for blacks and Hispanics and Asians crushed it......The elites then came out and stated they hadn’t explained it well....Hispanic leaders said yes you did...If blacks want affirmative action, let them go live in the south.......
