A bear trap would be more fun.

Or even better an electric fence used for cattle.

I only feel empathy for those few who didn’t vote for the politicians who endorse and encourage this crime to occur.

For the large majority of those who voted for this crap, you’re getting what you wanted.

I’m not surprised by this at all. Amazing this hasn’t been happening in Los Angeles yet.

A little local color... At least once per week I walk by the corner where the guy with the “free fentanyl” sign used to be camped out. He was a real piece of work, even by San Francisco standards. He was there for what seemed like a couple months, and he had one of the most elaborate homeless campsites I’ve ever seen in such a busy neighborhood. The dude had a tent, multiple pieces of furniture, cooking equipment (including hibachi-style grills). Mind you, this was on a busy boulevard, and his campsite was across the street from a Catholic elementary school & church, and half a block from a public library and children’s branch library.

Was he advertising the fact that he dispenses fentanyl free of cost, to all passers-by? Or was he calling for all govt. restrictions on fentanyl to be lifted? Or was he demanding that fentanyl be provided free of cost?

I feel rather like Gandalf, in the opening scene of "The Hobbit," asking Bilbo what he means by "Good Day!"

Regards,

Door No. 1. And he had another sign indicating that he would trade meth for stolen goods. It’s difficult to know how serious, if at all, he was with these offers, but he definitely was posing, seriously or sarcastically, as a drug dealer.

Glad to hear that wealthy SF residents are no longer threatened by chickens.

It’s just like being chased by a bear. If you make your house just a little more difficult than the neighbor’s, the thief will choose the neighbor.

The residents of San Francisco probably see no connection between their leftist voting patterns and the terrible state of their city.

People of San Francisco:

“Keep supporting Liberal Elites, it is working great !”

... hey wait a minute, people living in the highest house price neighbourhoods in San Francisco are the liberal elite...

After decades of avoiding consequences, they are finally PERSONALLY getting some of the costs of their liberal crap.

They bought the ticket. They should enjoy the ride !

“Several have attended community meetings and made posts on social media as the rampant crime wave persists.”

Well, they’ve done so much to help themselves. I’m sure the meetings and social media will tell the criminals “they really mean it this time”. /s

Totally agree.

Democrats had "led" San Francisco for DECADES. Their policies have consequences. Any Democrat and idiot RINO who supported these policy makers is getting what each said they wanted -- good and hard.

More to come as the commercial real estate mess in SF spirals into its special form of chaos.

In Okinawa during Nam troops looked for houses to rent that had stealy bars at every window...

They were needful...

(Also storm shutters for the typhoons (hurricanes)
