In a rational society, the government would have secure borders and an effective immigration system, ensuring that those who enter the country do so legally and pose no threat to its citizens.

He was not prosecutated in this Sanctuary state. He then traveled to Athens, Ga., a sanctuary city, to live with his brother. He decided to kill a young accomplished nursing student, Laken Riley, just because he could.
