How many gallons of Nuclear waste have been released into the ocean since Fukashima blew its containment? Or maybe it is climate change. I wouldn’t put it past the WEF, NWO or maybe just Yehovah kicking off the Woes.

The closest “big” city to Hakodate is Sapporo.
My guess is some natural thing that happens all time and that this time the global warming scammers picked up on it early and ran with it in the MSM.

Exactly. Beached whales or dolphins, red tide, thermal inversion (water temperature was mentioned in the article), etc., these things happen ALL the time everywhere.
