I doubt that the Chinese did this intentionally. They seem to be the first to suffer and with the most severe effects.
I would follow a variation of the idea, that the Chinese are still screwing around with bioweapons research and something else really nasty escaped from their labs. Again.
I have worked in Taiwan. They are not very good at facilities maintenance. It is even worse in mainland China.
But I note that unsanitary Chinese agricultural practices with pig and chicken production is commonly understood to be the breeding ground for every new annual version of the Flu virus and has been so for a very long time. No clever bioweapons research is needed.
2022, in the U.S., I heard that flu cases were so low due to everything being diagnosed as Covid. Perhaps this was the case in 2022 Netherlands.
One of my brothers is married to a "hot shot" (according to him) pharmacist. She says "take the flu shot", he does and he gets the flu. Every year. They both have had every Covid vax/booster. I wouldn't be surprised if she has an altar to the CDC in their house.

I can offer a counter-indication. The Chinese have supposedly been forced into 95%+ vaccination uptake. But they are the first ones showing problems with these new childhood respiratory diseases.
That does not have anything to do with "antivaxxers".
And the mRNA treatment is not a vaccination anyway. It is an experimental gene therapy, supposedly with temporary presence in the tissue. It was called a "vaccine" to increase acceptance for coerced mass participation in the largest medical experiment in history.
Plenty of people are still accepting real vaccines for pneumonia, flu, measles, and other known diseases. The risks for conventional vaccinations are quite low and well established. Their effectiveness in preventing disease is pretty good. Well, except for flu shots, which are only about 30% effective.
I will pass on the flu shots. Had a bunch of the other standard vaccinations though, on a schedule drawn out for years. It may not be good to bunch them all up at once, especially the pneumonovax. Got specific advice from a real medical doctor on that point.
The risks for the mRNA treatment are unknown, but the preliminary indicators are bad. Very bad. The effectiveness of the mRNA treatment at preventing COVID looks to be about zero.

Plenty are not and that’s new.
When have children ever gotten a pnuemo vax? I got it for several years after I ruptured my spleen when I was 11, but no one else my age was getting it.
Wikipedia might be wrong, but at least for the Netherlands, the country that the story was about, they used to get it since 2006.
I myself only know I got the smallpox vaccine as an infant and I know this because it left a scar. Even then when nearly everyone over 50 has gotten it we had a discussion here where many were saying it makes one “unclean”.
These were of course not normal ones saying it, but it is a growing continent of loons.
I like a little few word summary of any video before I decide to watch...
