I may have to get a second phone that I use for my social media and other things and only use that.
My employment is that of a security guard. In the security guard industry, they can pull your contract anytime they want even if it is because it’s Tuesday.
It’s very vulnerable. I’m in a spot that I thought I was safe, but this data mining has filtered down to me.
What else you do have. They are coming for you too.
The only absolute protection you have is to not have an internet footprint and that might not even be enough.
Definitely where it is heading.
I know, once UBI and digital dollar becomes a fact, I’ll be one, but I wanted to hold out a bit longer than that.
That’s one thing I’ve been careful about. I have only friended one person from work. Everybody else I have not and won’t.
There is no way I would friend anyone from work.

Yeah when I saw Google offering me that service...my first thought it’s-GOOGLE Iwant to protect my private stuff FROM!
I have NOTHING to do with Google, yet they are always asking me to sign in!

I agree - my comment was just that I don’t have to worry about a potential employer not liking my social media comments.
