Yes. It is common for the player to no realize they have been hurt. The heart stops beating. Your brain and adrenaline keep you going for a few seconds.

Here we are almost 2 hours later and the man is listed as critical condition, yet this falsehood still remains.
I would assume if your heart stops, it takes a few seconds before you would black out and collapse.
Yes... he in way looked like a man whose heart had been stopped... he was alert and appeared undistressed up ‘til the moment he collapsed.

Probably because there are many people discussing the incident on this thread. I’ve seen no one misled by the heading...

There are some here on this very post that are simply defending their support of the jabs.
No, we don’t know why exactly he collapsed. They don’t either, so they resort to trying to convince us that this was some super hard hit. It wasn’t. If hits like this were deadly, we would lose several players per year, but we don’t.
When taken as a whole with the rest of the data, I strongly suspect it’s jab related. Notice I’m not saying it was, but that I suspect that. The jab pushers won’t ever be that honest and admit that it’s even a possibility. To do so would require honesty and some serious self reflection.
Maybe the mods will modify the header.
