I haven’t checked the internals on that poll yet, but I do have a strong suspicion they may have oversampled dead people - they’re pretty reliable as Democrat voters.

Accurate polling would call for over-polling Democrat areas of Milwaukee, Philly, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Detroit. That’s the best outcome predictor, in 2020 and to this day. Nothing has changed.
Yesterday’s New York Times poll …

Regardless, three polls all showing Trump and Biden within single digits of each other in a rematch. They both have records as President (rare that both candidates have that) and Biden’s is the worst ever yet Trump not up by double digits in any of those polls?
