But I'm also aware that there are other potential early treatments like IV NAC to prevent oxidative stress. Did your PubMed articles discuss oxidative stress as the root cause of the other problems you listed?
Let me ask you this: is trying to stop the virus from bonding to ACE2 receptors via a vaccine the only approach, or is it feasible to let the virus bond to the ACE2 receptors (don't vax) and instead treat the oxidative stress to give the body time to fight the virus off on its own before the cell damage can proliferate?
Why can't we treat people with early symptoms with IV Glutathione and keep the antioxidant levels in line with the free radicals so the harmful free radicals don't have a chance to do the damage that you cited?
Remember, we're talking about a virus with a 99% survivability rate with this treatment. We're talking about a virus that is most deadly in the oldest populations that highly correlates with Glutathione deficiencies.
Given that, what's wrong with focusing on letting the younger, stronger people wait for symptoms and then treat the oxidative stress, and then give the seniors NAC or other Glutathione precursor supplements to boost their own levels prior to getting COVID-19, and then treat the oxidative stress that follows?

“Can you see why people might be joking that Quercetin might be next “
Well they are talking about quercetin and not NAC and don’t appear to be joking.
Quercetin is a food product and onions, esp red onions, are a particularly rich source. You don’t have to use supplements to get it. You don’t have to use supplements to get zinc either. It’s that simple.
People here with their hair on fire all afraid that quercetin can be banned ought to try reading up on where flavonoids and minerals are found naturally for once in their life.
I take Quercetin, too, so I know what it is.
Let's talk about NAC. It's a precursor to Glutathione. So is Sulforaphane. The concern about NAC and Glutathione Reduced supplements is that they are not bioavailable; they are mostly destroyed in the digestive process before they get into the bloodstream.
Sulforaphane is made from broccoli sprouts and other cruciferous vegetables and is bioavailable, so some have suggested that it's better than taking Glutathione Reduced (which might also not have a good shelf life).
I recently saw a video from a New Zealand doctor who cited studies suggesting one needs to take at least 1.2g of NAC twice a day to get past the bioavailability hurdle in order to be effective. That's two 600mg capsules, twice a day. Here's the link to this doctor's discussion: Dr. Brad Stanfield - NAC (& Glutathione) Crucial New Research.
We've been doing the same.
I thought the same thing since I haven’t had any illness in years but damned if something didn’t get me starting on the 23rd. It’s either a bad cold, mild flu or “omicron”. I was getting a bit too confident. This is probably some gain of function schit that’s been released on the public imo. Biden just threatened the unvaxxed just the other day. Be on the lookout for more bioweapons being released to cull the population along with the so called vaccine. This might just be a trial run since it isn’t too deadly.

Omicron is a really good candidate, they are saying it will peak in the US around Jan9 in terms of infections, with somewhere around 60% of the population having caught it, which is a little crazy when you remember we just heard about it at Thanksgiving.
One of my tin foil hat crock pot speculations is that maybe the BioWars have begun, and Omicron is a floating vaccine for Covid release by the good guys.
We’ll see what happens, sure would be nice to have some people and institutions we could trust, wouldn’t it?
Thanks for the advice. I take it from your comments that unlike hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, which you have to buy on the black market, quercetin seems to be readily available.
btw, Dr Zalenko has a record of successfully treating hundreds/thousands with his "Z-pack".
You can purchase direct with all ingrediants in one capsule or simply the ingredients/vitamins individually...which is what I've done.
RE: U take it from your comments that unlike hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, which you have to buy on the black market, quercetin seems to be readily available.
Absolutely. I buy mine from The Vitamin Shoppe. It is headquartered in New Jersey and has nearly 800 franchise locations nationwide.
See here:
https://www.vitaminshoppe.com/
But there are many more competing Vitamin stores all over the country. You should be able to get Quercetin from them. Competition is good. It makes the price affordable.
You have somehow stumbled onto wrong information.
Quercetin is an ionophore, enabling entry of zinc into the cells where it inhibits viral replication.
Quercetin and zinc are a cure for the common cold.
The vitamin D is a major prevention for coronavirus. Keep your level above 50.
which is what brand?
I have 250 grams of it, well probably about 210 grams left.
Take it regularly.
I’ll sell it to you for a mere $15 a gram...
(Actually, it’d save you a few bucks if you search for Bulksupplements on Google)
what’s a good quality brand of NAC? I think the last one (and only) that I bought was NOW brand and I feel awful when I take it. Very depressed feeling and as soon as I stopped taking it I pop back up
Look up Nano Quercetin on Amazon.
