True!
I’d like to add that in my personal experience, quercetin with zinc is a cure for the common cold.

Where do you get it? Life Extension (LEF.com).
I'm sure many other vitamin stores also carry it (e.g., Swansons, Vitamin Shoppe, etc)

I'm not a doctor, just a lay person, but after watching this series of videos from Med-Cram (see my FR thread
Medcram COVID-19 Cram - A Video Guide to COVID-19 and How It Appears to Work at the Biomolecular Level), I'm coming to the conclusion that the initial designation of COVID-19 as a Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) is wrong, and therefore all of the efforts to combat it based on this wrong diagnosis is doomed to fail.
I think COVID-19 is turning out to be an epithelial syndrome based on the virus binding to the ACE2 receptors in epithelial cells and disabling them. Shutting down the ACE2 receptors is resulting in a cascade effect that ends up causing O2 oxidation and oxidative stress.
The oxidative stress is what is damaging the organs, causing blood clotting and strokes, causing breathing issues due to low oxygen absorption within the lungs, and ultimately organ failure as the body's goes through antioxidant depletion from runaway free radicals.
Zinc ionophores are discussed in videos 3 and 4 at the above link.

My vitamin regimen is so strong, nothing can penetrate it.
I’m even thinking about picking up some bad habits I left off years ago.

I just got in an order of Quercetin and NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine from
https://www.swansonvitamins.com/
I have ordered from them for years. Their prices are competitive and they seem to have good quality.

I have been taking quercetin for more than forty years. It is commonly available in grocery stores, Safeway, Walmart, etc.

I have been taking probiotics for a while. They help the immune system, which is greatly centered in the 'gut'. Those bacteria especially need to be recharged after one takes antibiotics.

From the videos linked in my post above, Quercetin is good for transporting zinc into the cells, while NAC is good for replenishing the Glutathione antioxidants to combat the Oxidation Stress from the COVID-19 virus.
I've been taking Quercetin and zinc for several months, and I have NAC on the way. I'm also taking Sulforaphane.

We’ve been taking Quercetin since Dr Zelenko recommended it, in combination with other supplements, since early last year.
